Our bladder tank under the house burst during the cold snap, started calling plumbers and came across D Baker& Sons. Their guy Chris, I believe the name was, came out within the hour, got what we needed, and our water back with the pressure being better than it ever was before in under three hours, as well as answering a few other questions I had as well. We have a few new projects for a later time we will need a plumber for and I will definitely be using them again! Fast, professional, friendly, and HONEST. Our water heater failed and we called D Baker and Son. Chris came out and had us operational within an hour. Knowing it was just a matter of time for the 17 year old WH, we hired D Baker and Son to replace it with tankless. The price was very reasonable and the professionalism of Chris and Steve was fantastic. They are fast and their work is high quality. Thanks guys, we love the job you did.

If you're looking for a truly trustworthy, decently price plumber in the Angola area, D. Baker and Son Plumbing is the place to call. I have had many other local plumbers out, but was always left feeling dissatisfied by the service and/or price. I've used D. Baker and Son Plumbing three times now and I have been nothing but impressed with their honest and realiable service. They have fixed a loose showerhead and tub spout, replaced our water softener and all plumbing lines in the area. Recently, during cold weather, our well froze and they were extremely helpful! They walked me through what to do and checked in with me throughout the day. They also stopped by to assess the situation. Their advice saved us and we have water running without any issues or repairs needed. Don't hesitate to call them, you'll be extremely glad you did.

Wonderful service! They came out to service our well pump tank. It ended up needing to be replaced, they had everything needed to get it done today, and cleaned up afterwards. We definitely recommend D. Baker and Sons.

Thanks for coming out to update my plumbing in the basement etc. The old stuff was the wrong size and the Baker boys came through to upgrade my house with the latest and greatest. Fairly priced and would not hesitate to call again for any issues. Old farm house's are nothing but work and I appreciate what you had to deal with in my basement.

I've called D. Baker & Son several times for service on my water heater, installing a new one, installing a dishwasher, rebuilding my toilet, and figuring out why my drains weren't working. My HVAC guy actually recommended the company when I was struggling with the water heater issue. Every time I called, the company provided excellent service very soon after my call, answered my questions and charged me fairly. I recommend D. Baker & Son highly for any plumbing and water issue.

Have used Baker and Son to replace three toilets, install a new water softener, fix a water heater and replace a sewer pump. They are great to work with. Will give you a very accurate estimate so you know what to expect. Will be there when they say they will. Work is done efficiently and correctly the first time. Don’t waste your time or money with anyone else.

Our water heater needed fixed, so we started calling around. It never ceases to amaze me how bad customer service is, in general. It is typical to receive no call back, rude reps, etc. We are still waiting for a call back from the first guy we called. My husband saw the good reviews for D.Baker&Son, so gave them a call. Dawn was friendly, helpful and wanted to help! She said she could have someone out that day! She couldn't have been more helpful. Steve arrived that afternoon. He was friendly and had our water fixed that afternoon. He explained what he was doing and replaced both elements on the heater and removed the calcium. I would 100% recommend D.Baker & Son Plumbing, Heating and Water Conditioning. Don't waste your time calling anyone else!

My experience is exactly like the review from Karen below. Baker and Son is a breath of fresh air in the service world. Very responsive to my first call and arranged for Steve to come out quickly even tho they had a heavy schedule. Dawn continued to call or text updates and the issue is solved. We feel so fortunate to have found Baker and Son. Service the way it used to be and how it should be today. Well done and thanks Baker and Son!
