Union Baptist Temple

Great church family and great preaching straight from the Bible! I attended this church and school for many years and have only felt love and compassion from them!

I attended Union Baptist Temple for the first time this past Sunday. I found it to be warm and inviting. One review I read accessed Pastor Hudson for spreading Republican Propaganda. From my view point he was preaching the Truth. I did see how a liberal would be better off with steel toe boots in this church. He spoke the truth from the Bible and gave Scripture references so we could read it ourselves. I appreciated the fact that they sang hyms that I sang as a kid. I have a friend in Union MO that I try to visit on my Anual Cross Country Road Trips so I'll definitely be back to worship with them again.

Average small town Baptist church. Smaller congregation and sanctuary. Doctrinally they are very sound. They tend to push Republican propaganda from the pulpit though. They once gave me a free piano even as a visitor. Pastor even drove it to my house after church. Pastor and parishioners are kind and welcoming.

Sad excuse of a pastor. Has preached entire messages about flat earth and moon landing conspiracies.

Most recently tried to shame a victim of CSA from the pulpit even after her law suit was settled.

Steer clear.

Stay clear from this place. The pastor will preach about you by name and laugh and make jokes about you to the congregation and lie about you to try and cover up abuse that happened to you. The spirit of God does not reside in this place. No pastor should ever do this EVER. Would you want him to speak about you publicly when you did nothing wrong?

Absolutely disgusting that the head pastor would shame someone who was abused by their youth pastor. I would never in a million years step foot in a church like this.
