Despite having good location and amenities. Workers are lazy. On Tuesday Jan 23 2024. I arrived at 8am but they opened doors at 8.20am. when I got in they were just chatting and not interested in helping. I forced someone to help me. Very sad considering the millions of hard working Ugandans with no jobs. Management of meme should make sure this branch is working at it's optional. I finally received service and left at 9.30am.. I believe the entire process should have taken less than 15 minutes if the staff were willing to help
