I like TLT, it has been here for decades. The rooms are a bit spartan but very clean. Security is good and they have a very nice ground floor restaurant with many local favorites on the menu.

The hotel is located at the center of the Tororo town so accessibility to other places within town is very easy.
Their staff are very friendly and courteous.
