When preparing for my daughter's wedding, we used all the amenities of the hotel - ideal location, working engineering despite the lockout, excellent staff. Special thanks to the evening shift on 04/20 and the day shift on 04/21!

End of the year and as usual I publish my critics for the places I visited in 2023

One of the hotels I choose to stay in with very friendly staff and the mood of the people despite the war is very good.

I want to say THANKS to all staff in Ibis Styles Lviv, because my staying was incredible! Very polite and kind team on reception, clean and comfortable room, helpful and nice lady housekeeper, delicious breakfast, etc 😊 Also you can take coffee/tea any time in the lobby, so I think it’s amazing 😄

Great location, perfect for exploring the magical city center of Lviv. I stopped here several times, always with a positive impression. Super-friendly staff, helpful and professional, comfortable rooms and delicious food. Highly recommend for a business trip or just a short weekend stay.

I stayed here in April and I had very good experience. Friendly staff very comfortable room and bed. And the breakfast was the best I had so much to choose from and just delicious! I’m planning another trip to Ukraine and will definitely stay here again then)

I have stayed there for one week on Aug, 2023.
The hotel is very good. Stuff is so friendly and helpful. Location is the center which is middle of everywhere in Lviv. Front desk Valeriia is very nice and helpful.

This is not a fancy hotel, but it's perfect for the traveler looking for a modern, moderately-priced, cozy place from which to explore LVIV. The rooms aren't large, but are clean and comfortable. The hotel provides complimentary water bottles (fizzy and still) along with coffee and tea in the lobby. The hotel restaurant offers a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning, including eggs, some sort of meat dish, vegetables, yoghurt, fruit, espresso drinks, and breads and pastries. After breakfast, the restaurant turns into a charming (and delicious) Italian-style pizza place. Service was always friendly and with a smile. I wasn't on the upper floors, but I was told that the views on the top floor were amazing, as it's one of the tallest buildings in downtown LVIV. I would gladly stay here again.

I was pleased with the upgraded room (702). They gave me a small fruit bowl, and macarons . The welcome drink was up to 100 uah at the restaurant. There was a 180° view over the city. Location is near enough to the old town and walkable. Reception was competent and friendly. Breakfast spread and quality were good. Breakfast staff was good on my first two days, but person on Tuesday (4 June) was a bit rough. The fast checkout failed totally. I had to wait a long time, then go back a second time, during which the process was interrupted by several guests. There was a discrepancy and poor communication.

It's obviously an international chain hotel. You can feel it from every single second you spend in the hotel. Their breakfast is amazing. Rooms and the hotel in general is very clean. Some rooms are small. (literally small, but enough for sleep overs) Receptionists are so kind, helpful and their English-speakings are very good. They have luggage room which you can leave your baggages in there even if you checked out from the hotel. (our flight was late after we checked out, we left the baggages in the hotel so we could visit the city center without carrying them)

My stay was super comfortable since the room was perfectly clean and I had a superb view from the terrace (you can see in the attached photo). The location is basically a city center, so I didn’t have to worry about taking any transport to get to center. I cannot omit the staff, they were friendly and welcoming. I also liked the initiative of the hotel to use less plastic, so it’s eco-friendly hotel as well! Definitely recommend staying here 😇

This was our first time in Lviv and the hotel crew were very helpful (especially Andry), location is great. Every single day housekeeping service put new towels and sanitary products to our room even if we did not demand it. thanks for your interest, hope to see you again♥

Very nice modern "style" hotel. Though the rooms are not very large they are comfortable and efficiently equipped.
The personnel was very friendly (which is typical for Lviv and the whole area) and helpful. I had an early flight and even without asking a lunch box was offered which tuned out to be really good.

A truly special hotel in the heart of Lviv. Interior design is quite colorful and very modern looking. Service is top notch, available 24/7. Dining is also great with special emphasis on the breakfast selection as well as the pizzas they're preparing. Highly recommended!

I don't know what's this place like as a hotel.
But as the place to have breakfast when you arrive early in the morning it's one of the best places.
Breakfast starts from 6:30 AM and for 127 uah you have all-in breakfast.
The range and taste of available food is good and in combining with cosy atmosphere and lounge music, the restaurant wins the competition.

A well organized and comfy hotel in the heart of Lviv at a descent price. A lovely playing zone for kids, free coffee/tea/water at a relaxing zone with sofas at the lobby round the clock. Comfortable beds and nice views of the old town. Highly recommended either for tourism or a business trip.

Good location close to the cc. Attentive service. Great breakfast. Always my number one choice when I come to L'viv. I clearly prefer this place in comparison with more expensive and "fancy" places like Grand, Opera, Leopolis - you name it...

Very pleasent hotel. Good service, nice room. It looks like pretty new. It is walking distance to market square and there tram also, so communication is really good. It was clean and there and breakfast was decent.
