Одна з кращих бібліотек міста великий читальний зал, багато світла, а також тут щорічно виставляються знімки із фотоконкурсу газети "День".

Kivertsi is a town in Volyn Oblast, Ukraine. It is the administrative center of Kivertsi urban hromada. Total area is 848,200 ha. Population is 13,798. Kivertsi is located in Ukraine and time zone Europe/Kyiv, 12 km northeast from the city of Lutsk, the regional center. The town has 3 artificial reservoirs, the Prudnik River is passing through.
