On The Square Hotel

Expensive but worth it. The most great about this hotel was staff! They are very friendly, we came 6 hours earlier and they let us to keep our suitcases with them, they also called us 2 hours earlier saying that we can already check in. Very nice of them, it made our staying there very comfortable. The room was also nice and the location is absolutely great. All must see locations and restaurants are there. Planning to stay there in the future. Great service ❤

What a BEAUTIFUL hotel. I spent one night here and I wish I had more time to stay longer.

The building is completely modern, clean, and beautifully designed and decorated. The staff were also very friendly. Each floor has a water dispenser where you can help yourself as needed. My suite was clean, and so luxurious, the TV also had YouTube and some other apps so I was able to watch some of my channels. One thing you'll notice is how quiet the rooms are, even being in the busy heart of historic Lviv directly across from the city hall you would never know that there is a city outside, absolute silence.

I can't find enough words to fully explain how much I enjoyed my stay here, and I would definitely return, and so I highly highly recommend it to anybody visiting Lviv.

I first stayed at this hotel back in 2017, in a charming room overlooking the Square, and absolutely loved it! I returned again this week when visiting Lviv again. Once again, it was a great and comfortable experience. The hotel had expanded and so, we stayed in freshly renovated room on the top floor. Everything was new, clean and fresh, and the room had all the needed amenities. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We arrived from the airport prior to check-in time with four suitcases, soaked from the rain. Although the hotel couldn't provide us with an earlier check-in (understandably, as this is Christmas season and the hotel was fully booked), they took our luggage, and provided us a with a fan to dry off and an umbrella. The only minus is that there's no elevator, which was not a problem before when traveling with a weekender bag, but was problematic now with four suitcases. But will definitely be coming back here next time I'm in Lviv.

Great place! Clean, comfortable and great location on Rynok Square. Welcoming staff and easy check in, in English. Also a lovely coffee shop downstairs in the courtyard. Bedrooms have en suite bathroom and slippers, body wash and 2-1 shampoo-conditioner provided :-)

Excellent guest experience. We stayed for 4 nights at Appartment on the upper floor (just renovated with spacious living room and large windows) and remained completely satisfied with the service and facilities. Staff is attentive and benevolent. Reception 24/7 and was always in touch via Viber. Location - 5*. We are sure to be back again.

Very nice hotel in top location. Stay here and you are directly in the famous Rynok Square building #13 (or 12A, if you are superstitious). Kriivka restaurant is just 1 minute walk away, excursions can be booked in the backyard. Interior design is a mix of very old and modern, bathrooms are very nice. Water pressure could be a bit better, but hey, it's nothing to seriously complain about. Staff is very attentive and polite.

Located just on the centre (perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel receptionist NATALIA and OKSANA Were very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities

And when i was leaving(checkout) ..i asked the receptionist to see the rooms and she replied No u can leave the keys on the door . We trust our guests 🥰 that was amazing . The only thing I would like to add is the WiFi speed was not upto the marks . But the behavior of staff especially receptionist was soo good that you can’t think of complaining for WiFi speed 😊

Clean, large, warm, and comfortable. We arrived late and the staff was there to check us in (turns out they staff the front desk 24/7). he was very helpful and provided us with restaurant suggestions. coffee/tea was in the room. The hotel was very easy to get to, we took the marshuka there from the train station but you can also take the street car. in the morning, we took a cab back to the train station because we had to leave very early. Cab was also cheap (250 or 300 grivna).

Location is in the middle of the city. Rooms are located in. 4th and 5th floors of a building. There is free of charge drinking water in the floors. Rooms are not big but clean and brand new. I highly recommend the hotel.

Absolutely stunning facility when you compare it with the price. Very clean, in the middle of the city center (beyond central) spacious room, high ceilings. Let me add very comfortable. I highly recommend this outstanding facility in Lviv.

The location is unbelievably good! It's right in front of the city tower, and it cannot go better than that! It's clean inside, the service is great. I really enjoyed my stay there. Definitely recommend it to everyone!

It is in the center of Lviv. The location is perfect. We walked to the tourist attractions without getting tired. Just next to the hotel there is a concept cafe called "Kryivka". You should visit it too. Our train arrived in Lviv at 6 a.m, and hotel had to reject our early check in because they were full. But we came back to the hotel at 1 p.m for check in they presented us a suit room. The receptionists all were really polite. I strongly recommend you this hotel.

Good value for the money. Great location. Basic but clean. Friendly helpful staff. Had a room facing the square on first floor but it was super quiet thanks to double glazing.

The rooms are great. Nice and big. I highly recommend. Price is amazing. Right in the center of town. Definitely get street view room. Not sound from street. WiFi is ok for email but not really good for videos.

This hotel was awesome. This is my third time to stay here and I would be here next time too.
