Cocktails came a bit late but waitresses both served the drinks and supplied customers with a lot of ‘amusement’ so it’s quite understandable. Also you really don’t mind waiting extra few minutes when you can watch a guy getting candle melted on his bare chest or watching another getting ice cubes in his undies. Me and my friend got whipped pretty hard which is definitely an unforgettable memory. Add this place to visit guys you won’t regret.

Von Sacher-Masoch, writer and journalist, was born in the city of Lemberg in 1836 (Lviv, Ukraine), the capital of the Kingdom of Galicia and Lodomeria, at the time a province of the Austrian Empire, into the Roman Catholic family of an Austrian civil servant.

Interesting bar with the occasional patron paying $6 for a masochistic experience with ice, dropping candle wax and whips. A fun night that everyone should experience while in town. Space is limited in the back (fun) area, with only 5 or 6 tables, so either try to reserve a table or be prepared to wait a bit if you're in a large group.

Ahaha - that’s a fun little place to visit when in Lviv. Especially perfect when you have friends over that don’t know about the special concept of this establishment :D You come in for a drink and you get a whole show that you’re part of.

Only downside is the lengthy waiting queue at the entrance at peak times (especially weekends) - i d recommend coming at a less crowded time !

I suppose it's a little touristy, but it's also the real deal (if you want to get whipped). There's no consent here (you consent when you walk through the door), so be prepared to be spanked... repeatedly. Had a great time! Everyone was into it and merrily enjoying the experience. I did too - and I have the marks to prove it!

Wonderful place to visit. Especially we liked Anna the waitress. Her skills were the greatest. The cocktails were also awesome as well as dishes!

Amazingly adventurous!! I won't describe much but it is one of it's kind, at least in this vicinity. Couples or anyone looking for some exciting experience at a Cafe & Bar must visit this place. Also, be ready to be flogged couple of times when visiting this place.😁

Set your expectations correctly. Much better drunk then sober. Atmosphere and stuff are more noteworthy than the food and drinks, although those are decent. Just try whatever these guys have to offer, you will be surprised.

You go there to eat, you may end up with an ice cube in your pants and a girl whipping your bare back! This sodomasochist restaurant is one of a kind. I have found the dishes surprisingly interesting, the meat was well cooked and the pasta as well. It is an experience I would recommend either with friends or with your partner.

Very nicely themed small bar with the BDSM stylised atmosphere (im no expert so cannot say how genuine it was) and getting an occasional whip from the waiters should be expected. I found that the place was mostly filled with younger, predominantly male crowd who'd cheer each other to kneel at the middle of the hall to get a half a dozen whips from the waitress. It is ok for a quick drink and the Mrs says the cocktails were fantastic.

Perfect place. Must see. Must do, must stay. Beautiful experience.

Worth a visit! You can ask the lovely ladies for an extra - I was just an amused bystander but the experience was unforgettable:) plus amazing drinks - they're being very generous with the booze ;)

Extraordinary place with historical background. Perfect for people stuck in the routine life. Awesome coctail card. Extra crowded any time. app.2 hours queue at night time, in the weekends and each evening. Special shows and fun. If you are shy, better dont go there

Totally recommended! We expected from Lviv to be a cute and fairy-tale city (and it is) but we didn't know about its dark side 😂 If you're not with kids and you want to visit a completely different place, Masoch-cafe is a spot to reach. The products offered are not that special, but also the aphrodisiac and sinful atmosphere, so for drinking a beer and see the show it's perfect!

Awesome atmosphere, tasty food and cocktails, definitely must visit, if you are in lviv! Be ready to wait in line but it's worth of it if someone will order performance, or you are brave enough to order one(dare you).

Seems to be a legend. Like the man who gives his name for it. He was a son of Lvov. The restaurant celebrates his vision of sexual satisfaction. Dude, try it! Maybe you get publicly whipped by the waitress devushka. Even without announcement.

Hmm, how can you describe it. There's no shade of grey to fully colour the feeling. To understand the shivers when the waitress is passing by you. You might call it self-destructive, but in some ways it liberating.

Great, kinky, strong experience :D we did not expect that. Ofc there must be a lot of people who are able to do the things :D in our case those people were there and it was super fun!!!
