The hotel is fancy, nice and at a perfect location. Rooms and especially bathrooms are very clean and tidy. MY experience did not start so nice but ended up well. Our room had no windows except for a roof window that can’t be open due to its height. So also where is no chance of getting fresh air into the room. I was sick and had to spend 3 nights in that room. I asked for a replacement but the hotel was full. I think they should state what type of a room we book. When the hotel was available the staff were so kind and helpful to change our room. Now we are updated to a perfect room with a balcony. The breakfast salon is smaller than hotel capacity. When the hotel is full, might be a little too crowded over there. I want to especially thank “Margarita” for being so understanding and nice towards our request 🙏🏻

The hotel is brand new. Stuff is very polite and nice. However we met some misunderstanding, all was resolved for us immediately.

Very nice and modern rooms, and a tasty breakfast with big variety of dishes.

Restaurant is nice as well, food was delicious.

And most important it’s literally in the very city center nearby a park.

We went to the Safe restaurant. Had asparagus and spring rolls to start, both were delicious, excellent flavour and great sauce with the asparagus. For main we had the beef rib and risotto, and potatoes on the side. We were very happy with our mains, perfect sizes. Excellent service. Only thing to note was we went on a Monday at 8pm and it was very quite.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff. Nice location (central but quiet).

Tip: at breakfast, do not limit yourself with the buffet only, read the menu.
Tip: check out the bar opposite to the reception, they do miracles

I would say staff was too careful and nice so they wanted to make everything right. This made food comes slow and it was not of the preferred temperature. However, it was delicious and beautifully arranged. Amazing selection of wines and spirits. Recommend for a date or a business meeting.

Perhaps, one of the best hotels not only in Lviv, but in Ukraine. It’s placed in the historical building, and the modern style is combined in a very stylish manner. The personnel is very professional and friendly; not obsessive, but just attentive and polite.
The rooms are very comfortable and nice. The restaurant is marvelous; the breakfast is impressive both in variety and quality.
The hotel is located in the old town, very close to main sightseeings, and in the quiet street.

Stayed here on numerous occasions throughout the past year, staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is very comfortable. Always look forward to my stays here.

This hotel is spectacular. All things you would want to is in a walking distance. It's clean and the rooms were good. The receptionists were professional and really helpful. And I would like to specially thank Margarita for her help and continuous service.

The hotel is awesome! Great location, beautiful design and incredible stuff - they helped us with luggage, city navigation, room service, and helped to organize our birthday and anniversary celebrations. Highly recommend and definitely will come again!

What a fantastic experience! Situated 10min walking from the center, BANKHOTEL is housed in a former bank. It has received a stylish redesign by a renowned Kiev-based architecture group. The classic bank interior is augmented by a modern artistic touch. We were upgraded to a Superior room for free on arrival. The staff greeted us with a smile. Most speak good English, Russian and of course Ukrainian. Each evening we received a complimentary chocolate treat along with the weather report. A pleasant surprise and fine detail! The breakfast is extensive and features plenty of healthy and vegan options like nuts, grilled veggies and fresh fruit. Rooms are perfectly clean and spacious enough, perhaps on the smaller side for a 5* hotel but they had to keep in mind the original bank layout, so it is understandable. The 7th floor has a wine bar open till midnight serving a wide selection of international alcoholic beverages along with tasty desserts. Room service has a huge selection of dishes and drinks. Be sure to check out the view from the roof! All in all we were delighted with our stay and would heartily recommend BANKHOTEL for all business and recreational purposes!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Beautiful historic building nicely restored, with really spatious rooms, great design and amenities, the attitude and serviability of the staff are impressive. Very clean, well equipped. Complementary water and chocolate every day, with nice messages from the staff. Small gestures which make a big difference :) Confortable beds. Good breakfast. The location is really good: in the center, yet not noisy. Good wi-fi, I managed to freely and productively work from the hotel when needed. Really recommend and would gladly stay here again.

The ''Bank Hotel Lviv' is an awesome place, which we booked for our wedding celebration and photo session. The room and service was perfect, there are a lot of beautiful places inside the hotel. We are very happy with visiting this place, and can recommend it for everyone :)

What an awesome and friendly hotel. Staff was top notch, catering to our every needs ! The gym facilities are adequate and have natural light flowing inside, also new machines from technogym. The breakfast, while a bit limited, tasted great ! Room cleaning failed a few times, and the room itself had a weird AC noise coming from outside 24/7 , finally why do you have smart tvs if they are not able to be used in network mode ? Thats just poor thinking and not much more then regular tvs.

Exceptional experience we had at the Restaurant!

We had our wedding dinner arranged at BankHotel Restaurant and this was the best experience we ever had (and we been to lots of places!), right like it has to be on that special day!

First of all, the staff prepared the table decorations on their own and did it just perfectly. We didn’t spend time explaining what we want or taking any time on decorating the table. All we did was just making a call few days in advance saying “We’d like to have our wedding dinner” and they said “We’ll do it for you”. AND THEY DID!

Next, the food. It’s one of those best I ever tried in Lviv. I won’t be telling much about it — just go and try it yourself! Especially, grill menu items.

Drinks — one of the biggest wines selection in town. Professional sommelier helped us to make perfect wine choose making our eve even better ;)

Service — exceptional. Staff is very professional and you feel like you’re visiting world’s top-class hotel.

Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. So does the overall atmosphere in the hotel.

As the conclusion, this place is very-very recommended if you want make your special day even more special!

What a place! Former bank building in the very downtown was renovated and reconstructed into a nice hotel. It boasts quite a big space for conferences/parties/whatever you prefer. You'll enjoy tasty food (though expensive). Also hotel has spa to offer. And the upper floor hosts a tiny romantic restaurant for up to 6 tables with a terrace overviewing Lviv roofs.

It's my third visit ion Lviv for business purposes and desired to try a different hotel. I found a good deal for a junior suite and I took it. Room was very clean and comfy. It had lot of space, 2tv, a Nespresso machine. I was surprised that they offered you a choice of pillows according to your needs. They serve a nice continental breakfast. They do have a sauna and a hamam. I was very satisfied

At Bankhotel, you will find the best service possible. Really, people who work there make it so amazing to stay in this place! You feel at least like a president or a price. Rooms are a bit pricy and tbh nothing special about them. BUT the atmosphere and the level of care are what you pay for.
Breakfasts are amazing. Also, you can order for free some positions from the menu and the Chef make them for you. You'll find freshly squeezed juices and a great variety of choices for a healthy and nutritious breakfast. No matter if you're a vegetarian, vegan or you're having any special diet - you will find something delicious for yourself.
I'm a very spoiled traveller with high expectation, and I highly recommend Bankhotel if you're coming to Lviv

One of the best hotel in Lviv. Rooms are big, very clean. Bathroom is also very clean. There are many small details which helps you to feel very comfortable.
The breakfast also is very good.
