The staff Very kind and helpful and provide all needed help.
Clean rooms and toilet. Comfortable bed. The room provided with all needed toiletries like bathrobe, shampoo, slippers, shoe cleaner, etc.

few steps to the center. With cafes and restaurants nearby.

fabulous hotel. The staff ate welcoming and more accomdating than any other place Ive been to. a beautiful hotel, boutique but with modern furnishings. pub is nice and food is good. the hotel is off the main streets but very close to the action as well. this hotel was one of the highlights of my time in the ukraine. a definite recommendation.

My sister and I shared a lovely suite with a balcony overlooking a city park across the street. The geraniums we're beautiful. We had a very nice dinner of traditional Ukrainian food served by a wonderful waiter, Alex. The front desk staff was very accommodating. We stayed at two other hotels during our visit to Lviv and the Chopin was my favorite. It was very classy. I left a sweater and a scarf and some favorite haircare bottles in one of the hotels. Forgot to check the tub and closet before I left:(

Probably one of the best hotels I have ever been to a it ticks all the right boxes. We always try to stay there if we need a place in Lviv and every time the service and staff are just outstanding. They have very attentive and polite team who make your stay very enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfast is very tasty. It also has family rooms available which makes it very easy for the stay with kids. It is also located very close to the old city. Definitely reccomend this place.

We stayed here for 4 days. The place is really worth it. Maybe the breakfasts aren't such great (at least during our stay - 3 months ago). But everything else was perfect. They even have cameras to monitor the parking spots

I can only vouch for the restaurant, but the food was excellent and the service was fantastic. Really positive. I have to point out I got the food take-away, it doesnt normally come in silver trays. Haha.. but I live 1 minute away and the chicken was so juicy and moist. Really good.
