My brother and I planned a very rugged camping trip from afar. Nicolas was very helpful in putting our equipment list together.

His replies & quotes were timely and he was accommodating to any and every change we made. Best of all was the quality of the equipment we rented!

Everything was in excellent shape, worked great and more than served our needs. I highly recommend this rental company to outfit your needs for your Kilimanjaro trek.

Renting from Kilimanjaro Adventure Store was such a treat!

I came down to Tanzania with just my backpack and a tour reservation, and they hooked me up with everything else, and I mean literally everything.

Sleeping bags, head touch, duffle bag, air mattress, poles, gaiters, plus an awesome hiking shoes.

They were also super communicative while I was planning everything, and the pickup spot is super convenient. I think that compared to what other companies give you + the convenience of working with them, the price is incredibly good, too.

I rented 2 sets trekking shoes, a pole and a headlamp from Kilimanjaro Adventure Store and I was extremely satisfied with the whole process. The items were in great condition. I highly recommend this at least for trekkers who don't trek often as do not have to invest a lot of money for equipment which is not used otherwise.

Delivery was quick and the gear was in top condition, almost brand new in feel and usage. Had no issues at all during my extensive usage of the items during my Kilimajaro & safari.

I got a pair of boots and jackets from Kilimanjaro adventure store and I’m very satisfied. They are high quality and worth the money. The store also offered free delivery at that price so that’s a plus! Thumbs Up

Had a truly wonderful time interacting with Team KAS. the process of renting was quick, effortless and smooth, unlike some other sites which want you to upload a ton of stuff for verification and proof.

The gear was delivered 1 day before the start of my trip to ease us with packing. The pickup was 1 day after we came back, and this made it very comfortable for us.

The equipments are okay. The store successfully put my gear at my hotel before my climbing. However, they made a mistake. They added one additional mattress that I said I don’t need, and asked me to pay for the rent of the additional mattress. I mistakenly used the mattress that I don’t intentionally to rent because I thought it was from another rental company that I actually rented mattress from. I made mistake of course, however the Kilimanjaro Adventure Store also made mistakes, so I hope they can use this opportunity to improve the future customer experience.
