The lodge need refurbishment. However their pricing is reasonable and affordable

For 20k, which again is very expensive as everything is, in this city. The rooms are okay but neglected and need fixing. The hot water is available after 5pm but trickles very slowly from taps. The blankets are not washed regularly and they smell. Dont use.
The rooms facing the road are noisy at night. The only redeeming factor is the location is great and the staff is attentive. Otherwise, go to more expensive hotels.

Usual type of lodge clean and tidy room self contained. Breakfast bread butter and banana. Price of 25000tzs I thought expensive. No WiFi or hot water.
