Fantastic Villa on the beach, amazing place and beach, very quite and relaxing place, great service and support from local guy Mr. Boni, nice and very good restaurant aside the apartment, the perfect place for a unforgettable holiday ! :)

This place has a breathtaking views, clean beach, the houses have private swimming pools. Malcom villas are the best, a nice place to stay and enjoy with family and friends.

The best option in Pongwe, right upfront the seaside ! Thanks Sheigo and Karim for their hospitality and kindness ! We recommend and will come back very soon.

Siamo andati con un gruppo di amici e incuriositi dalle bellissime foto abbiamo deciso di prenotare. Non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento con vista mare e che vista. In tutto il complesso delle villette ci sono tre piscine, ben curate. La consigliamo anche per la comodità del ristorante che si trova nelle pertinenze delle villette, cibo ottimo, personale cortese ed attento. Ringraziamento speciale va a Malcom che ha fatto si che la nostra vacanza andasse per il meglio. Si è persino premurato di organizzarci qualche escursione. Consigliatissimo

Villette da favola sul mare per una vacanza da sogno.
Se volete passare giorni di puro relax, queste villette sul mare fanno proprio al caso vostro.
Ho trascorso diversi giorni con amici in uno dei 3 appartamenti e siamo stati veramente bene. L’appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato è composto da 2 camere da letto matrimoniali molto grandi con il bagno in ciascuna camera, una cucina, un terzo bagno nella sala molto spaziosa ed è anche dotato di tutti i comfort: aria condizionata in tutte le camere (fa molto caldo perciò è fondamentale), wi-fi e tv. Ogni appartamento ha il proprio giardinetto con una jacuzzi e lettini dove prendere il sole o rilassarsi la sera. C’è anche una piscina grande in comune. E per colazione, pranzo e cena c’è il ristorante proprio sotto il residence. Insomma, non potevo chiedere di meglio!!

Le stanze sono pulite, il personale è gentile e il proprietario molto disponibile. Il ristorante della struttura è molto buono. La zona è tranquilla, supermercato aperto 24 ore a pochi minuti di macchina dalla struttura.

We had booked malcom residence (house no. 2) for 1 month for 2300€ through AirBnB. Upon arrival, no one was there, the property was closed. A local helped us to contact someone from there. The host slept through our booking, accordingly the house was not prepared for our arrival. It was dirty, unkempt, desolate, broken furniture, and in need of major renovation. Outside on its own property is a messy and dirty construction site. The price for the "villa" was a usury. We moved out after 2 days, because we first had to find another place to stay - if we had taken actual photos or a tour beforehand, we would not have moved in! We got a refund from AirBnB (after we sent real photos of the property).
