I respectfully disagree with the bad comments as reported by some people. Most people who comment have something negative to say whereas those that have a positive experience tend not to comment.

Our experience is quite the opposite. We returned home to Neipu for a few days from Jan. 2 to the 12th, 2023 and every morning and afternoon, we go there to get our morning americano and ice americano in the afternoon. The one staff always recognizes us and is very friendly have our orders ready for us. We believe she is very professional, friendly, and outgoing. In fact, I wrote to the 7-11 head office to see if they can acknowledge and reward her professionalism just before the Chinese Lunar New Year coming up as a surprise bonus.

She is so good that we had to give her a gift from where we came from (Canada) that was suppose to be given to another friend of ours in Taiwan LOL.

Overall, our experience was superb and highly recommend her.

7-11 if you are viewing this, reward her! one with the shorter hair! She knows us... Tell her it is the friendly couple from Canada!

昨晚買了新出的布袋戲，結果服務人員拿到前期的布袋戲，我自己也沒注意就拿回家了，今天拿回來換，我先上網看了網評原本是以為會不順利，沒想到服務人員的態度很好啊！
她可能還不太會退買，所以就跑進去叫另一個服務人員來處理，但是她要叫人前還是有跟其他的客人說稍等，所以我覺得態度很好，給5星的評論。

化妝室非常的乾淨，店員親切，整間門市寬敞乾淨又舒服

今天早上去取貨時剛好看到前面有幾位客人在購買咖啡、寄貨時需要店員的「協助」面對那麼多問題和後面那麼多排隊的客人，認真覺得需要很大的心理素質才能完成工作，也覺得店員態度也維持的不錯，真的很辛苦。

2/27晚飯後去買了一杯熱拿鐵，店員泡得很好喝～ 比例OK、咖啡很濃郁！

最近幾次看到顧客插隊，員工總能顧及守規矩者的權益，又不會很傷無禮者的行徑，很棒。

方便停車 店員服務態度也不錯 我最喜歡來這預購團購了
