仔細的五金項目分類儲放，表現出老闆的管理能力與用心。第一代的經營人，老闆和老闆娘待人很客氣，第二代的小老闆也學的很快，很勤奮。是一間很有前途的未來之星。特別的是，在農業發展為主的彰化縣埤頭鄉，貨品又是以當地居民的需求為特色，貨品的品質與質量都能恰當地帶給當地居民與過路客戶很好的服務。這是祝全五金百貨能夠成功，發展的最大原因。
