Car was in great condition, looks clean, new and low mileage. Car is right in front of the office, they bring you to the car and explain the watchouts. They provide a free ride to hsr upon return. Affordable pricing. Note that there is a daily mileage limit.

did 2 times rental on separate day. both cars(yaris and altis) very new with low mileage. counter staff was very friendly and helpful. no issue for foriegners with international driving license. whole process extremely smooth and fuss free. would definitely return again.

did a rental with them for 5 days. car was new with 7500km on milleage. Very new car. Counter service was pleasant. Provided shuttle pickup and drop off. Good place to rent for touring central and southern taiwan. International driving license accepted and paperwork was smooth.

Very friendly service! They even will drive you back to the HSR station.

這次租車，從事先詢問到辦理，直到驗車交車，一切流程都很順遂，車況也相當新，性能及乾淨度也很好，已列入出遊的口袋名單，尤其推薦12/05下午當班的女性客服，解說跟說明都相當有耐心，對談之間不會讓人感覺到壓迫感或模糊不清的回答，貴公司主管如有看到這篇留言，懇請給予該客服一個大大的肯定與勉勵。
