店員人親切，但結帳前一刻提問才說沒有庫存，又急著剪吊牌？

今天下午買了一件上衣290，錯在沒有在店試穿，回家試了一下覺得太緊，晚上拿過去想換款，店員竟說不能換，這樣是否違反消基法，畢竟買不到幾小時，小錢不想計較，但奉勸後面消費的人買前先問清楚，避免發生跟我一樣的問題
