嚴格來說還算有人情味，只是郵寄櫃台行員有點停頓緩慢，好像在思考人生，不過可以接受啦，步驟再快一點就好

要不是我脾氣好懶得吼回去，那個郵務小姐，我並不會拖到妳的下班時間， 如果我在17：30還沒寫完我會自己離開，我不是沒在美國生活過，不需要妳來指導我時間快到這件事情，明明時間還沒到！！！！！！！！！！！！陪伴我長大的郵局，公司化後更糟糕！

萬丹這家郵局人員的服務態度實在是有夠差勁-尤其是那位有點老的女掛號人員-態度真的有夠差-既然要做這個服務業-又是這種態度-做的那麼不甘願-當初為何又要去考這份工作-還有他們櫃枱的一位女的-訊問他一下事情-態度就很不耐煩了-為什麼他們的主管都沒在注意他們這些態度差的工作人員-相信這個女的也被很多客人評價的很不好-希望他們內部要好好的做檢討-一顆星的那麼多-人家是去辦事-並不是去看你們的臉色好好的改進吧

早上去辦理網路開戶，ㄧ位短髮戴眼鏡的小姐接待，因為對app網路操作不熟悉，選擇現場設定網銀，因為中間有誤按，那位小姐ㄧ度態度不耐煩，不屑，想請問，如果今天年紀大的長者辦理，你的白眼是不是翻到下班？我是當下不跟你說什麼，但我是常客，若你下次再用這樣態度服務我，剛好我心情不好，我就不會對你客氣了
