I love the oyster rice and steamed oyster. The oysters are so fresh and seasoned well. The squid rice noodle is so so. The hotate roll was a bit too salty. They have quite a lot seats and with AC room. Clean toilet. Fast serve. Cash only though.

Scallops rice is absolutely great to eat,
The steamed oysters are fresh too.
I’d recommend to buy the scallop source and make your scallops rice at home, highly recommend!

What can I say? Wow! This place is a must visit if you like seafood and especially oysters. I tried the scallop over rice which was surprisingly good. Perfectly seasoned and a bit spicy.

The "ua tsen" or oyster pancake, was the best so far I've tried in Taiwan. The steamed oysters were fresh and tasted great. The rest of the dishes were great as well.

Paid a total of 580NTD of everything in the pictures.

The steam Oyster is great. also dont miss thire squid rice noodle soup. awesome flavor, tender texture, fresh seafood. if you are lookin for seafood with A.C during summer time. dont miss out.

牡蠣非常新鮮美味，可惜來的是淡記點不到蒸牡蠣，不然一定會把所有的牡蠣料理點完一輪！蚵仔酥外酥內鮮甜，牡蠣丼飯只有這裡吃得到，日台融合的美味，大推！

雖然的確覺得價格有點台北
但很高興有來吃，很值得一吃 😋

澎湖第一名
第一天到澎湖就去吃，因為好吃所以我們一夥五個人又在最後一天去吃了一頓。
食物口味很好，種類多又道地，用餐環境也好。
三月初趁淡季的時候去澎湖玩，餐廳也不擁擠，很推薦大家去試試。

澎湖福牡蠣屋是在地牡蠣養殖專戶（郭家牡蠣），為提供給旅客他們家優質的新鮮牡蠣，所開設的餐廳，餐廳地點靠近馬公市區公車站旁，店內空間舒服且乾淨整潔，生意相當不錯，除內用客人外，不時有人進來外帶。

招牌牡蠣飯是該店的特色料理，微辣的調味及牡蠣的鮮甜，配上辣菜脯，ㄧ入口鹹香的海味衝擊舌尖，香氣四溢，讓人一口接著一口。

蚵仔粥較偏向南部湯泡飯類型，蚵仔粒粒飽滿且新鮮，整碗湯頭滿滿海鮮風味，薑絲及蒜酥粒的搭配，更讓整碗粥口味富含層次。

蒸牡蠣CP值相當高，當日店家一籠十顆，肉質Q彈且肥度飽滿且鮮嫩，當天晚間店家還促銷，點兩籠蒸鮮蚵🦪第二籠半價。
