Four Points by Sheraton Penghu

Stayed here during a long weekend trip. We had a room on the top floor, and the view was really great. The room was quite nice. I felt like the TV in the room, while certainly an average size, wasn't quite the right size for the room, maybe because the backdrop it was mounted on made it seem smaller and there was definitely space for a larger TV there.
The green tea body lotion in our bathroom worked really well on the mild sunburn I ended up with!

The restaurant in the hotel where we ate two breakfasts and one dinner was a pretty standard Taiwan buffet style with a fairly good selection. My son especially liked the pink bread available at breakfast, which my wife said is a local Penghu special bread made with cactus juice.

My wife and son enjoyed playing in the swimming pool one morning on the fifth floor. There are also some nice indoor play facilities for kids and some ping pong tables etc. on the fifth floor.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and a number of staff spoke English to me, which was nice (although not strictly necessary).

Excellent hotel right in the center of Penghu. Right off the harbor. 5-star quality. Outdoor infinity pool, 25 meters long, on the south side of hotel, 5th floor. Not marked for laps, but it worked. The Apatite Restaurant on the first floor had a simple selection, and the food tasted amazing. The risotto was incredible. Rooms were clean and plenty of space. Each room had a balcony & chairs with views of surrounding area. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Stayed for two nights in standard room. Room was spacious and clean, also had a bath in bathroom. Room lighting could be better (more lights), but for vacation and relaxation was enough. Also had one night buffet restaurant - many good dishes and options - including traditional Taiwanese-Chinese food, Japanese and western style.

Great hotel to stay at Penghu. Very cozy and new. Great service with all very friendly staffs. Great location with beautiful harbor views. Walking distance to hotpot restaurant and convenience stores. The buffet dinner in the hotel is great with lots of delicious food and all you can drink beer as well as non alcoholic drinks. Pool is great, something must experience while staying at the hotel. Free shuttle to the airport with booking in advance. A place that truly recommends to those who like to stat at the hotel instead of bed and breakfast places. Love it here.

Had two night's dinner here, the place for buffet is tidy, clean and the food is great especially the beef soup and ice cream though there's not so much seafood in the early December. There's always someone to serve food for you that's why it's very clean not mass at all! Very chic and classy resto!

We had tremendously comfortable stays at this hotel, it’s kids friendly with lots of kids facilities here and well managed, you will never regret to spend time hanging out with your family here, must reserve time to use their hotel facility.

The service team of hotel are well trained and polite to customer. The things in room are also very considering from customer perspective.
Will definitely try this hotel for a comfortable stay again.

Second stay here. Still wonderful. Especially love the breakfast. Food is very fresh. Staff are attentive and professional. Although I didn’t get a good room view this time, but the Hotel amenities are perfect.

A very good location with professional and friendly staffs. I strongly recommend Four Points, Sheraton,for people who are traveling to the wonderful vacation destination of Taiwan, PengHu.

The only International hotel in Penghu

his hotel newly open in 2016, good International 4 stars hotels.

Although I was long time SPG member but not entitle to room upgrade at this hotel, was told we were on package program, also not able to use their free shuttle airport bus service.

Staff services was good in general, understand they hired a lots of local University as their part time worker, therefore some of them are not familiar with their Service, for example I requested the coffee shop receptionist to book a Taxi service for us to go to the airport, but was told We need to in person go down to the reception desk to arrange it, not over the phone.

Most of the facilities were new, Room decoration was simple but with modern style and comfortable, cannot rated as 5 stars, Restaurant for the breakfast was provided fair choice of item, we love the oyster rice noodle and congee (highly recommended to try).
Pool area and Gym facilities were adequate but in small size.

Very relax, good service, beautiful sea view, bbq is good, will return next time

We had a fabulous time staying here for three nights. As a Platinum member, I was upgraded to a suite. It was probably the fanciest suite I've ever stayed! We had a king and a queen bed. The bathroom was super spacious with a huge tub in the center.

The recreation area on the 5th floor had an outdoor pool, a gym, a HUGE playarea for kids with a ball pit and lots of games, a pool table, a foos table, a few video game stations, and so much more. We've never been to a hotel with such a fun place to hang out.

The service here was superb. We'll definitely stay here again. I normally don't write hotel reviews but this one has been an excellent stay and super affordable too.

A 3-day stay where I utilized its gym and gourmet breakfast buffet. Spacious and clean room. It is quite busy pre-summer and throughout summer. It would be better to stay here in slow seasons to avoid groups that made the otherwise classy vibe crowded and bustling

We went during low season but there were plenty of customers. The food at the restaurant was good. There were vegetarian options and even vegan options. The weather was cold (winter) but we were able to enjoy the hot jacuzzi outside.

Super great service. All staffs are very kind and thoughtful. The room is spacious, and the facility is new. Child friendly hotel. Will stay with washing when I visit Penghu.

Located right in front of pier 3. Wonderful facility & family entertaining area. Average buffet breakfast; but we have tried the China Spice Restaurant and it was very delicious.

The hotel room was modern and spacious. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection including fresh seafood noodles. It is located on the harbor front in an area freshly created for the tourism industry.

Very helpful and friendly crew, great customer service. Wonderful vacation. Must try their starlight BBQ 「星光港灣BBQ」

A superb five stars hotel with excellent services and caring staffs. It's highly recommended without doubt. I had a happy staying at this hotel.
