With many trails beginning from here, here is a good place to prepare the hike

獅山遊客中心距獅山步道約100米，成立於民國90年，主體建物本來是「獅山國小」校舍。把廢棄的獅山國小重建過後，依舊保持客家文化特有的古樸感覺。遊客中心的服務有旅遊資訊提供、生態教室、視聽教室，還有手機充電、上網等等。
遊客中心前雖然有免費的停車場但車位不多，假日早上九點後基本上很難有機會，不過附近的水濂洞停車場也可做為停車備案。另外最重要就是這裡也設有洗手間，周邊還有庭園與水車造景，佈置得相當用心，不少能休憩的椅子，而且都在陰涼處，許多遊客都會聚在這閒聊，氣氛都很不錯。

有很多簡單的步道和山頭可以選擇～這裡是補給的好地方

The first thing you need to know about the Lion's Head Mountain Visitor Center is that THEY HAVE A PARKING LOT. Do NOT park in the middle of the road and follow the English sign that leads you through a staircase, but continue on the road until you see a different sign that will guide you to the parking lot.
The second thing you need to know bout the Lion's Head Mountain Visitor Center is that it is mostly useless. While there were 3 guides standing at receptions, none of them spoke any English. The brochure with the maps wasn't very reliable, and anyway there was no way to communicate with them.
Fear not. Guide your google maps to "Shitoushan Quanhua Temple Parking" to begin your treks through the most beautiful complex of temples you have every seen. Prepare to climb.
