BUEGROS Coffee Shop

Great to find a place that really knows how to make coffee! It's often hard to find a black coffee (i.e. americano) in Turkey that is drinkable, let alone tasty, but these guys have got it right. If you ask nicely they can even make a long black - see photo. They roast their own coffee at the other shop in Selcuk, near Izmir, and it's good. They also have a good selection of cakes and snacks as well as cold coffees and other cold drinks. Nice staff and owners, and a nice place to relax on a walking-only street (no noisy cars and motorcycles racing around!) Good free wifi here too.

I'd gave 5 stars for the sake of coffee we'd tried earlier this year. We ordered flat white, it was superb in June but wasn't that good in October. Let's hope for the best next time. Picture that I shared on the other hand didn't taken in this Coffee Shop, you can see Gazoz smelling my espresso.

This is truly a 5* coffee shop. As foreigners used (read this as addicted :) to specialty coffee, Turkiye has been a bit of a turn off. Don't get me wrong, turkish coffee may be a thing (unesco heritage and all), but it wasn't MY thing.
What did I find at Buegros? Iced Latte at it's best, friendly and really helpful staff, chilled atmosphere, good lemonade for the kid...basically everything we were looking for.
We came yesterday, and today, and if we wouldn't leave tomorrow we would probably become regulars.

Very fine specialty coffee is served here. The espresso was great and served with cold water. Unfortunately the place doesn't have a toilet.

Very good Coffee and perfect service!
Served are all up-to-date specialties. From affogato to flat-white ending at a very nice cold drip on the rocks. We highly recommend to take a rest there and have a nice chat with the super friendly barista.

Great coffee and great service. Coffee is roasted in Turkey and the beans are sustainably sourced from around the world.

This place is really special with delicious and affordable food and drinks to enjoy and share with family and friends further relaxing the experience with nice music and enthusiastic servers to compliment this memorable experience. Best coffee we had in Turkey. We both ordered a flat white and they were so good we had another. Service was friendly and they know how to make a coffee.
