The spa is amazing, I had Turkish Hammam, which is very nice, Also one of the best messages in my life, I thank Mr Ahmed the messuer who’s very experienced message therapist for his excellent message.

I should say here is great. I came to this area before but my first time in this hotel. And that was amazing. Specially spa. Special to Mr ahmad. I had massages with same experience in Malaysia. But ahmad was super great.
I just have a suggestion regarding out door pool was not clean. And also dinned and breakfast can be better. But believe me people here are one of the best. My mom is old and they were very kind to her and helpful.

Thermalium hotel is an amazing hotel suraunded by trees and lake. Everything is perfect. Begining from the kind people at the reception to the location, views, restaurant, the pool, spa center, spring warm water, and customer service. It is a paradise. I very recommend this hotel for people who like nature, adventure, and lauxury.

My wife insisted I should get a massage. I am really not a massage person, but I was delightfully surprised. Ahmed, the massage therapist was great. He knows his stuff! The massage felt very good. He knew my tight spots and worked on them thoroughly. He did not rush and made sure to work on all major muscle and joints from toes to head. The massage room atmosphere was also relaxing. Recommend him strongly for your next massage therapy.

Beautiful hotel! The view is stunning and worth it. Just perfect for those who is looking for calming and relaxing time with SPA and thermal water.
Excellent dinner and breakfast in buffet restaurant.
Rooms are spacious enough.
The main problem is client service -the lady from client service is absolutely useless and we don't really understand why she sits there.
She can't even call the taxi for customers.
When I ask possibility to order a taxi for 6.a.m, she said she doesn't know its possible.
And can't promise, but will use her colleague if no taxi.
The day before we left I came to reception and ask her if she knows info about taxi. She did not know. I was so nervous because it was taxi for my flight. She did not knew the situation. But desk manager , thanks God, helped the situation.
Its terrible when guest relations manager useless.
No service by the outside swimming pool. Very difficult to order extra food for lunch and simple tea. There isn't anyone, also the janitorial staff is incredibly intrusive, if there's a person inside their own room they shouldn't proceed with cleaning but move on.

The hotel was amazing, it is in a quiet area surrounded by a forest. The thermal spa was amazing. I had a massage straight after with Ahmad and he was fantastic, kind and very helpful. Highly recommend checking in. I’m staying for a night here for now, but I plan on staying longer when I come back again.

Our stay was wonderful in a perfect location in the forest looking out to the sea slightly. The hotel room was brand new, the bathroom was perfect with new shining marble. I am very keen on hygiene and the room met my very high standards as a frequent traveller. The spa was very nice. Will definitely visit again.

I went for a massage and it was absolute fantastic experience. Ahmad the message therapist was experienced person. He focused on certain spots that was tender. Also, he was more welcoming and has a nice gesture.

Definitely I recommend going to this beautiful place and ask for Ahmad!!

I believe we made a brilliant choice. We were delighted as a couple. The reception staff at the entrance were amiable. They introduced us to our room and what to do. In the spa and thermal center, Kerim showed us around in a very patient and enlightening way and made our appointments. My wife said that she was delighted with the bath-Hamam and massage of Ms. Nermin and under her supervision and that she received information about the environment. We recommend a relaxing hammam and massage. The hotel was clean, and the employees were very caring and smiling. Meals and breakfast were adequate and delicious. The Chef was taking care of the dining units one by one. Service managers were courteous and fast. We are planning to go again, and we do not consider looking for another hotel alternative. Its location, service, thermal water quality, hygiene, and pools were very friendly. The water temperature was ideal. We recommend it.

I had great time at the resort. We stayed for 2 nights. I had Turkish Hamam and wonderfull massag with Mr. Ahmet who has done excellent work specially the massage. I felt refreshed and full of energy. Ahmet knows his job perfectly. No muscle was left unattended.
I will come again and again for massage with Ahmet.
I strongly recommend all to try him out.

I cannot rave more about this place. It is a 5 star hotel,5 star service, 5 star experience. Rooms, views,staff. Just perfect.
When you go for the hammam, be specific about the time you are paying for. We booked 45 mins but my therapist only did my hammam for 30. We both assumed the opposite because reception wasnt clear.

A great hotel in a beautiful and excellent location with beautiful view to lake and forrest staff were very good and kindly everything was good but Natural spa was in covered in -2 floor and water was very hot .i prefer to swim in outdoor pool filled with mineral hot water it will be excellent also the best thing in hotel was it's 5'th floor restaurant with perfect view to lake I recommend this hotel to everyone
