08.07.2023 tarihinde moi Başakşehir mağazanızdan aldığım ürünlerin 2 tanesinde problem yaşadım değişim için mağazanıza gittim fakat alışveriş fişim kayıp olduğu için müşteri hizmetleri ile iletişime geçmemi ve bana verilecek bir numara ile işlem yapabileceğimi söylediler şirketinize ait bütün numaraları ve Whatsap iletişimini denediğim halde müşteri temsilcileriyle görüşme sağlayamadım.

Staff are very rude, the cashier guy spoke in turkish and spoke rudely about us! and thought I did not understand because am a foreigner.
This quite dissrespectful and is not something to be tolerated at all and specially in such a well known mall that is full of tourists!!!
