Just finished an all inclusive week break for Easter holidays. The weather was absolutely bliss. The beach was amazing. Staff were always lovely, especially Hillia on the towels, coffee shop lady and bar guys, always smiling and ready to help. Slight downside were the rooms, they were pretty tight for 4 people and not sure about the electrics.

We felt like we had the best hotel in Marmaris. Large family room, a warm welcome, staff were so friendly and happy. We never struggled to find a lounger in a sunny spot either round one of the pools, the private beach or on our favourite spot on the private jetty. Food was faultless, varied, delicious, fresh, authentic. The reception team were fast and friendly and no request was too much. There were nine of us in our party and there really was something for everyone. The bar staff were good fun and never kept us waiting. The onsite jeweller, Habil, went out of his way to look after us all and gave us some welcome advice on local places, what to do and what to wear: a gem of a jeweller! If I come back to Marmaris, this would be at the top of my list of places to stay.

What a lovely hotel ,great food ,great beach side beds and views ,Irish bar next door bit rowdy in night ,also holiday rep on first day sold us trips which were overpriced ,could have bought them cheaper on the main streets , and gold factory and shopping tour was a bit of a rip off ,double the price off the high streets ,other than that great hotel

We have just got back home after spending 2 weeks at this wonderful hotel. Located right on the beach front with stunning views of the Mediterranean sea and the lush green forested mountains. The staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough for you, making our stay there all the better. Our room was modern, spacious and comfortable. The food was excellent with so much to choose from, a lot of it was being freshly cooked right in front of you by the chefs. The pool areas were beautiful, we always found sunbeds there in the morning, and the bar staff around the pool were excellent, helping me with my Turkish so by the end of the holiday I could great them, ask them how they were, order my drinks and say goodbye in their own language, which I always like to try and do whenever I am in a foreign country.
I would highly recommend this hotel if you want an all inclusive Turkish experience. We loved it, were sad to say goodbye and can't wait to go back.

Just got back from my first holiday in Turkey. And what a great introduction this was: Marmaris is an incredible place with so much on offer, but what made the best moments was actually spending our time in such a good hotel with the beat possible location and all the facilities is got to offer, including a private pontoon and beech right by the hotel.
I know everyone's experience with staff members ( which, by the way, I found very friendly and helpfull) can differ, but I think no one can deny the quality of the hotel.
Made a bunch of acquaintances, Irfan, the salesperson who always goes around chatting people up, Ozgean, the photographer, Emre, the bartender who lokes to start his morning with a dive in the sea, the beautifull, chatty part time waitress Zeynep, the trip advisor and salesman just outside the hotel, Teo, who has an amazing life story as well...

I am being really picky here but the WiFi coverage is patchy and certainly not very good in the room. Apart from that the hotel, the food and the staff are great.

Amazing place, kind and friendly staff. Food is amazing and delicious. Lots of activities through out the hotel. Only downside is lack of english speaking staff.

It was totally awesome experience. Moved there in low tourist season, so it wasn’t overcrowded. Service is fine, food is excellent, all the details of design and service are thought out . Only 2500 tl for gorgeous suit with sea sight. Only one moment hesitate me - there were not enough tables to sit during the meal.
Free alco was nice too😸

Have spent 9 amazing days in this lovely hotel. Had a great family getaway.
Could not be happier with the staff, food, view etc.
And of course holidays wouldn't be as they were without Entertainment Team - Okan, Evrim and Onder (Sasha) 😁. Thank you guys, we had so much fun and already look forward to visit again!

love everything about the hotel,including the food i thought that there was a choice for everyone.Staff where fantasic and helpful.Had a fantastic time am coming back at the begining of october.First visit wa april 23 and will be back october 23

An awesome vacations in this hotel second time in a row.
Pleasant English speaking staff. We booked a standard land view room and noticed that we’re coming second time. Manager offered us a terrace view room without additional payments.
Beach and pierce are closed for aliens - only for hotel guests. Pierce is very applicable for jumping and swimming.
Cozy rooms with daily cleaning and towels changing.
Delicious and various foods. Unlimited drinks. Pool bar works till the last client got drunk.
As minuses. WiFi (it works but nobody knows how to connect). Too lot of russian tourists (but it’s not a hotel’s fault)

Everything for everyone, relaxation for myself and my wife and plenty to do for my kids.

The staff in all departments were absolutely amazing, attended to our every need. We had the sea-view suite very comfortable and plenty of space.

Entertainment was perfect for the evening along with a great choice of food for all tastes.

Highly recommend the spa Turkish bath treatment followed by the Bali massage, it was that good we booked the same experience for the next day.

Beach is pebbly but comfortable sun loungers and relaxing atmosphere.

The gym was outstanding.

Bravo Elegance and its great managers Okan & Ebru who's exactly how an all inclusive should be.

I’ve enjoyed my stay at Elegance very much. A lot of things were above expectation. The personnel is top tier. I will absolutely miss the personnel and will therefore definitely come back. Special thanks to barman Sefa and team entertainment Okan, Nida & Önder. They have made our vacation extra special.

Very good service. Great all inclusive restaurants (one of the best ive tried) and good bar. Whole area is very nice and clean. 2 meters to the beach and good pool area (2 big pools).

I travel 3-4 times a year to different countries this is my 4th time in Turkey and i can honestly say this is the best hotel iv ever stayed
The staff are excellent couldn't do enough to help with anything .pleasant polite and always smiling .The food was very good with a good selection im sure something for everyones taste I have rebooked for April and can't wait to go back.I was expecting it to be a little scary with covid but this hotel took every precaution taking temperatures social distancing and hygiene. Rooms were spotless beautiful and comfortable.

We haven’t stayed yet but we intend to ,I just wanted to remark about the al a carte restaurant on the pontoon of the hotel ,it was the best Food and service I have ever had in marmaris ,it was savoy London standard and the maitre de made us feel we were special at every course the waiters were dressed to that same standard also ,the amazing part was the food price and the quality of the dinner ,my family have been to marmaris many times and have spent a lot of money in eateries so when we got the bill for six steaks including t bones and fillets plus wine drinks starters and coffees was £100 we were blown away ,we expected treble that if not more and would have been happy to pay so thank you pontoon dock elegance you are a credit to your employers .

Perfect location, perfect hotel, perfect staff, perfect food what more can I say. Loved this place, the young girl who serves the food at the snack bar at the quite pool is one if the nicest girls i have ever met, always had a smile on her face and couldn't do enough for you, and that also goes for all the bar staff, just lovely people.

The hotel is very nice. It is beautifull, modern, fresh and very clean. The rooms are nice and a lot of the room have a (partial) view over the bay. We loved the food at the buffet and it looks beautifull, for us there was plenty of choice and variety. The beach and the louncha area over the water is also nice with sunbeds and parasols. Everyone at the hotel is kind and friendly. We would love to come to Elegance hotel again.
