I do not usually write reviews but my recent interaction with Mr. Hakan Ozer of OZR Projects was so smooth and excellent that I had to post this review.
It was a pleasure working with Mr. Hakan for a property purchase in Kocaeli, he is a real gentleman, very professional and efficient. His thorough knowledge of the area and over a decade in the business is something not found easily. He brings in a lot of transparency between the seller and the buyer which helps in confidently making the buying decision.
His simple approach is to let the buyer know both the advantage and disadvantages of a certain property and then letting the buyer make the final decision, no unnecessary pressure, influencing with his own opinion or playing the seller’s agent. I really appreciated all these qualities in Mr. Hakan and will be more than happy & willing to work with him again in the future if the need arises.

Satıcı ve alıcı arasında, satın alma kararını güvenle vermenize yardımcı olan çok fazla şeffaflık sağlar.
Onun basit yaklaşımı, alıcının belirli bir mülkün hem avantajlarını hem de dezavantajlarını bilmesini sağlamak ve ardından alıcının nihai kararı vermesine izin vermek, gereksiz baskı yapmadan, kendi görüşüyle etkilemek veya satıcının acentesini oynamaktır. Sayın Hakan'ın tüm bu niteliklerini gerçekten takdir ediyorum ve gelecekte ihtiyaç duyulması halinde onunla tekrar çalışmaktan mutluluk duyacağım ve istekli olacağım.

Sayın Hakan'la iş yaparken harika bir deneyim yaşadım. Kendisi dürüst bir insandır, Türkiye'ye gelmeden önce kendisiyle yüz yüze görüşmeden kendisine gönderdiğim paraya güvenmiştim. Param güvendeydi ve onunla uğraşmaktan çok mutluydum. Ne yazık ki mülk kontrolden çıktı ve parayı hiç tereddüt etmeden iade etti. İnşallah gelecekte onunla tekrar iş yapacağız.
