A complete neighbourhood shopping mall with all the necessary stores: supermarket, cinema, bowling alley, food court, coffee shops, etc. Accessible by the city's tram too. There's also a food market that opens every Sunday in the parking lot with some fresh fruits and vegetables.

Tip: You can get good prices later in the afternoon as the sellers need to clear up their stand!

Nice shops and restaurants around. On Sundays car park erea turns into an open bazaar (shopping market for fruits and vegetables) you find fresh vegetables and fruits.. I strongly recommend to shop here.
