like to play with customers/tourists. starting of with false prices way too high, don't pay too much attention and with the item you want. Falsely claim they are calling the boss to fix a price. we almost bought a expensive item and they packed it in an ugly damaged box! we waisted our time visiting this place at our last day in Istanbul. helping others before you as well. For tourists, I found jewellers at grand bazaar more friendly, flexible and with serious services, who are not playing around like this one!
