Personnel speak English/German, very hospitable and friendly. Hotel is well equipped, but it is allowed to smoke on balcony - that’s a real disadvantage if you are not smoking.

This is our second time in Riviera. Proximity to the sea, food, massage - everything is excellent here. But I want to give special thanks to the staff. Guys, you are the best!

My stay in Riviera Hotel was one of the best experience I have ever had! Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Buffet was full of different options so everyone can choose something suitable for themselves. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel located close to the Big Bazaar, with nice beach in front. If you planning to stay in Alanya you won’t regret choosing this hotel! Recommend a lot!

TLDR: Great location, nice clean rooms, very delicious buffet and amazing staff (especially Selcuk Uysal and Adem Zorbaz).

Traveling with my mom to Alanya we hoped to have a good vacation. Riviera Hotel & Spa does no disappoint. The rooms are nice, clean and a fantastic location. The buffet is fresh, tasty and with slight variations daily both for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There’s lots of options so you definitely try something new everyday but you will always find something even as a picky eater. What really deserved the biggest stars in this review is the staff. Smiling, helpful, they definitely can say a sentence or two in your own language and they make the most important part of having a good vacation. Selcuk Uysal, the nicest, kindest person, he’s professional yet still makes you feel like a special guest with his presence and attention and also, he makes a fantastic turkish tea. Adem Zorbas with his funny, upbeat humor, he is professional and makes sure to remember small details about you. These two waiters are the reason that we come not just for the food every day during our vacation, but also to experience the true kindness of Turkey. Thank you!

Me and my friend enjoyed so much our stay in the Reviera Hotel and Spa. Very good location next to the beach and on the street with nice restaurants. Our room was very nice and clean. Also food was amazing and freshly cooked. Very friendly atmosphere. We had really nice time there and we didn't want to come back. We are already looking forward to the next holiday. Thanks to all of you!!!

First: the location
It is perfect! everything you need is just around the corner
Rooms: since most of the time you spend outside it doesn’t really matter how big it is if its clean which it spotless
Food: we had only breakfast which was totally ok, we wanted to eat in different places so all inclusive was not our choice
Pools: ok for number of guests in september, during the summer with full capacity - not sure
Beach is across the street but it could be wavy sometimes, you can find another beach with calm sea just couple bus stations away.
All in all great hotel!

I faced some troubles with one of the hotel guests . The hotel team showed a high level of professionalism and acted the best way . Thanks to the guest relations manager, the front office manager ,, Mr Isa, Mr Huseyin and Mr Sami for their kind cooperation and support

Beautiful and spotlessly clean....immaculate. All staff were super friendly and unbelievable ly helpful. They really go above and beyond. Food was outstanding.. 3 swimmimg pools and the turkish bath was an unforgettable experience. Highly Recommend and the All Inclusive Option is worth the little extra. Great hotel with kind and helpfull staff speaking in english, german and russian, 50 meters from beach. Food is tasty and different every day. Hotel is quiet and Has nice atmosphere, definitely would recommend it for everyone and for sure will make a booking in Riviera again!

First time in Turkey and stayed here between 8th & 15th September, 1/2 board via Jet2.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy with a warm welcome even at 02:00.

The food at breakfast and dinner was very well cooked & varied.

The rooms are nicely sized and the hotel it'self was very quiet (but well populated) at the time we visited and I suspect attracts a more mature clientele.

No hesitation in staying here again

Well 1st night & 1st time here but 1st impressions are definitely good.. very clean place & food was excellent..I'm gluten free & the chef took time to show me around highlighting what foods I can eat & staff said anything I like & want to eat they will accommodate.. typical Turkish people bending over backwards to help.. 👍👍
The rooms are very nice..we had room 538 top floor on back street but scenery was still beautiful.. good size balcony & the room was more then adequate & a very nice bathroom with big walk in shower.. just didn't want to get out the shower..🤣.. well worth the upgrade to all inclusive 2nd week with food plentiful & the drinks are very good measures & quality brands as I do like Gilbeys gin & vodka.. staff are so pleasant..
Finally home(12th April)after 2weeks & back a very happy customer.. GREAT JOB beautiful place.. teşekkür ederim..

Just have returned from our three week holidays in this wonderful hotel!!! Everything was excellent: room, restaurant, staff!!! My 5 year daughter felt like a queen there and got many friends!!! And location, location, location!!! Highly recommend!

Brilliant hotel and location, couldn’t fault it, the food was amazing and the beach is yards away. Very helpful staff Especially Musa, Ali and Mohammed. The only problem with hotel is the wifi it isn’t very good and I prefer more music in the eve.

I went on the recommendation of my friends. They are perfect for massage and hamam, hygiene and comfort are very nice. Thanks for everything.
