The worst experience with customer service. I purchased some items but the size was not right . When I went back to return and refund. They said the money was refunded but I waited for 2 weeks and it was not refunded. I called the bank 2 times to check they said the problem is not from them . When I went to see the store in the mall the 2 ladies were very nice. But a gentleman they said he is the manager was very not understanding. Did not help. Very rude in responding. I called him saying excuse me he left any way waving his hands to me like it's not his problem. It should not be my problem the store should have a system to deal with cases like that. I can not leave the country and just ignore my money its more than 2k tl . I was do disappointed.

Genelde çok fazla kıyafet alıyorum ama kıyafet arayıp bulamayınca bize saygısızlık yaptılar, ben bile sandalyede oturuyordum ve kadın olan mağaza çalışanı bana kalkmamı söyledi. . Sana saygı duymadıkları halde neden bu mağazadan alışveriş yapasın ki müşterileri umursamıyorlar kadın çalışanlarından biri çok kaba

Hayatım boyunca gördüğüm en ilgisiz;en çok enerjisi düşük mağaza ekibi...Bir an önce mağazayı terk etmek istiyor insan...Eşimin bana aldığı hediyeyi değiştirmek için ziyaret ettim ve değiştirmekten vazgeçtim.Bir daha önünden bile geçmek istemeyeceğim bir mağaza...
