Kyoto Japanese Park

A nice municipal park easy reachable by tramway , here you can find some beautiful indigenous japanese trees, also you can enjoy a quick picnic with friends or family inside one of many gazebos with tables and not to forget to take nice photos and to enjoy your time ...

Its a cute park to spend time with your friends or family. Its not so big so you can go around.
Its nice for a picnic. They have wooden chairs and benches for you to sit and enjoy the garden. They also have a resto/cafe at the entrance with a nice view of the lake.

It's very peaceful and tranquil, with lots of cute Japanese miniatures and pond with Kois in it.

There's also a cafe in the park where you can have snacks and tea/coffee.

It's said that the park is built by the Japanese itself as a sign of friendship.

My visit to the Japanese Garden in Konya was enjoyable and exciting. It was very suitable for children, with dedicated pathways for walking, running, and exploring. The experience of feeding the fish was a highlight. 🐟🌿 #JapaneseGarden #Konya

It’s great place to go for a walk, I came here during fall season and the leaves are colorful. The atmosphere is also nice, it’s a friendship park between Turkey and Japan. The restaurant was packed and I didn’t had a chance to try it.

It is a lovely place for a walk, picnic and general chill. Many families were here eating in the many Japanese style wooden huts, and there is also a restaurant/cafe. We went to the Cafe, and I must admit the noodles and salad we ordered were pretty average for Turkish restaurant standards, so honestly I wished we brought food with us. The desert at the restaurant looked good though.

Either way, the park itself is fantastic and it's free to access. The public toilets weren't the greatest though. But I am still giving it 5 stars as we had a lovely two hours here and it was very easily accessible by tram.

Really great park, it’s really designed very good and the atmosphere there is incredible. You can take your own food and sit in one of the tables in the park. We had a nice breeze there, it’s very relaxing.

Having lived in both Japan and Korea for many years and have a deep appreciation for their garden culture. It appears that many Turkish people do as well.

It's a beautiful park. There is a big lake with colorful fish and many blooming trees and flowers. Clean and calm place, perfect for walking. If you want to drink or eat something, you can visit a comfortable cafe with a nice view.

Very nice place to have a piknink or to eat something in the cafeteria. Nice for kids. Good spots for photos.

The park is beautiful and perfect place for family picnic time. The good news is close to my home.

Like a little bit of Japan in Turkey. Restaurant has nice views but it I don't recommend it. Bring your own food and sit in a gazebo.

Great place to have a picnic with family. Parts of the park are near to the street and it can be loud but in other areas is very calm and peaceful

If you were dropped from out of space into this beautifully well manicured garden, you would definitely think you are somewhere in Japan! This garden is so nicely cared for, super clean, well designed with benches and gazebos. There is a "Japanese" restaurant inside as well that serves a variety of local cuisines and pizza, pasta, dessert and drinks with reasonable prices based on the menu. Nice place to unwind and enjoy nature.

It was delicious breakfast , awesome place and usefull for activity , take photo , about experience will be good memories for me

U will feel u are in Kyoto while visiting this park!! So cozy and they have restaurant with Noodles and Sushi... Absolutely worth to come

The park is amazing and you must visit it if you come to Konya.
