Villa 360 Kalkan

We stayed in villa 360 the week before May half term 2024 as a family of 14. I cannot thank the villa owner Claire enough for making the whole process so smooth & the most amazing family holiday and memories we will have . She gave us so much information prior to arrival, which made everything so easy . Shopping when we arrived ( and a quick WhatsApp to Deniz for any other items required during our stay- usually arrived within 3 hours! ) , villa manager Ismet , taxi drivers who arrived in convoy to take us to town or beaches (WhatsApp)
The villa itself was magnificent with everything you can imagine, the most stunning views over Kalkan & sun from the minute you woke up until it went down at night ( 28-33 most days and no jackets needed at night).
The 4 children were entertained all day long by the infinity pool, pool table, table tennis, table football & although available the consoles & media room did not even get used of .
The villa was spacious, modern, high spec & had the most comfortable mattresses & pillows ( to the point we purchased some to bring home) .
On the middle floor we had 3 z beds comfortably in one room with the four poster & 1 in the jacuzzi bath room .
The children also enjoyed the hot tub on the roof terrace & amazing spot for breakfast !
We had some amazing bbq at the villa with local produce & the set up outside is outstanding . Plenty of seating / bar area etc.
Town is around 15-20 min walk down steep hills, trainers recommended as the roads still a bit gritty. However taxis £2 to town , so save your legs for shopping &eating in Kalkan town !
We will definitely be revisiting villa360, stunning !
Claire gave us lots of ideas/contacts for local trips , inc boat trips etc . I can’t thank her enough - perfect family holiday !

We had a lovely holiday at Villa 360. It was the perfect place to be in high summer to catch a breeze. All rooms have a fabulous view of the bay. The pool and it’s view was more amazing than in photos. The Villa is well appointed with a light airy feel that is truly relaxing. It really is a special place to stay. Claire and her team were very helpful throughout.

From the beginning to the end of your holiday in Villa 360 you are hit with so many stop you in your tracks moments; it really is magnificent. Each of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated, spacious and have their own wonderful view out across the bay. The outdoor space is where you will spend those lazy days, our teenagers loved to swim and play pool. Catering is made easy as the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We were looked after by Claire and the team from the moment we enquired about staying, always on hand if we needed anything or had questions throughout our stay. If you are looking for some luxury for your family and friends, and a truly fabulous place to stay then I cannot recommend Villa 360 enough. Go on and book a stay, you won’t regret it!

We have not long returned from our first visit to Kalkan and the beautiful Villa 360. What a stunning place to spend our holiday!

As soon as you walk in you just know that it’s going to be special, all the rooms are stunning and furnished to a very high standard with everything that you will need to make your stay comfortable.

Then you open the patio doors to the pool and are met with the most amazing view, the most comfortable sun beds, an outside bar and everyone’s favourite, the pool table!

We are a family of 7, ranging from age 77 to 17 and we all absolutely loved it. We hope to be back again soon, we all fell in love with Kalkan and Villa 360 x

We where here the first week in October this year 2022. What an amazing place this is, it looks fabulous on all the photos and it definitely lives up to all expectations!
We went with 3 other couples and it was an ideal location, with great size bedrooms all finished to a very high spec, the rest of the Villa is brilliant with everything you could possibly want.
The hosts Claire and Clive are available to contact both before you arrive and also during our stay to answer any questions and help in any way they can.
The Villa is brilliant and Kalkan itself is such a lovely place. Can’t wait to visit again and we’ll definitely be returning to Villa360 ❤😎

Absolutely fantastic stay at Villa 360! Claire & Clive are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much trouble. On hand from the moment you book with an amazing app sharing loads of useful information about the villa and surrounding area. Helping to arrange airport transfers, boat trips and private dining if required and even arranging a delivery of fresh bread every morning (totally recommended).

The villa has all the amenities you could want and more, with stunning infinity pool, including splash pool for the little ones, jacuzzi, gym, bbq, your own bar, luxury sun loungers and that’s all before you head up to the roof terrace with its own jacuzzi and day bed! The decor is just beautiful, with every bedroom decorated to a glossy magazine standard and the views are just out of this world from every room.

Personally I have never fancied Turkey, usually choosing to travel long haul, but kalkan was one of the most fabulous places we have ever been. The people are genuinely kind and lovely, food was delicious in every restaurant we ate in (and so many to choose from) and the village was just so quaint and clean. It’s definitely a place we will return to.

What a fantastic Villa for our family. Amazing views , fabulous pool, plenty of seating and sun beds , everything we could possibly wish for and more. Spacious bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Claire was a super host, keeping in constant contact when needed. Highly recommend, fabulous holiday .

Just got home with our family of 7 and wow what a place. Great location with stunning views of picturesque Kalkan. The villa itself was amazing and had everything you could ever need. Beautiful bedrooms and living area and really well equipped kitchen. The pool was stunning also the jacuzzi and splash pool an added bonus.
Our transfer from the airport arranged by the owners was flawless. Used the gym and as well as eating out at some lovely local restaurants we bought local produce and ate at the villa. Enjoyed two really wonderful boat trips from the harbour area and would highly recommend. Visited a couple of local beach clubs which were very good value, nice food and very friendly staff. We had the most memorable, relaxing two weeks ever and will definitely be returning again next year.

We’ve just returned from a great holiday staying at villa 360 in Kalkan, Turkey and it certainly lived up to expectations!
A brand new, bright and luxurious holiday home that’s had every (stylish) attention to detail put into it for maximum enjoyment that makes all the difference, it’s modern and beautiful.

The view from the villa (and all bedrooms) is especially stunning, but from the rooftop terrace and infinity pool, just breathtaking, remaining that way from our first to our last day.
With both indoor and outdoor dining areas and an outside bar, the villa was perfect for enjoying the long warm evenings ( and no mosquitoes!), it’s a great venue for family and friends together. Luxury.

It was our first time in Kalkan and we would definitely return.
Lots of really great local restaurants to choose from - many with rooftop or harbour view dining, with very welcoming staff. Prices were so reasonable for such good food and drink too.
Taxi’s make getting around incredibly easy and stress free here also.
The scenery and the waters here are stunning, we relaxed so easily wherever we were and enjoyed every minute, not to mention perfect sunshine all week!
For a perfect day out, hire a boat for a day as part of a group or just for yourselves (we did the latter), this was the most idyllic day out that we had. Snorkelling, swimming in crystal clear waters and relaxing with one of the nicest meals we had on our trip on board, superb.

From days spent at this amazing villa to any time spent in the town of Kalkan, each day was near perfect.
Also, Ismet, guardian as it were, of the villa is wonderful and will help you with absolutely anything at any time.
We couldn’t recommend this villa or it’s location any more, we’ll definitely be back.

Just returned from a lovely stay at Villa 360 and would highly recommend. Villa fit and finish is excellent, beds very comfortable and everything you need is readily available. Very good communications with Claire and Clive and a very responsive team in resort. Great stay.

Where do we start! Just recently returned from Villa 360.. most beautiful, spacious, well equipped villa we’ve ever stay in, from the rooms , to the pool area. The views are just stunning. Outside bar and pool table was a bonus.. would highly recommend.

Villa360 Kalkan is the most beautiful and luxurious villa we have stayed in. Our stay was the most memorable holiday we have had with family and friends. The Villa360 owners made your stay enjoyable and relaxing, keeping you informed before you travel of all the necessary information you require from the best restaurants to eat in, taxi information, etc. Making it all stress free.

You are greeted on arrival by Ismet with the keys no matter what the time you arrive. You are provided with a welcome pack to keep you going on the first day till you go shopping. There is a water cooler too, which is so essential, with the first one provided free.

It's a beautiful luxurious villa with infinity pool, perfectly safe for the kids, plenty of sun loungers for everyone. All bedrooms are ensuite with hairdryers and straightners, providing towels for poolside. All this is such a bonus so you can pack light and enjoy shopping.

Villa360 is stylish and modern, with alot of thought gone into detail, perfect for families with children of any age. We will certainly be going back. Thank you Villa360 you have made us fall in love with Kalkan. X
