The cleanliness of the rooms could be better. The bathroom had wires sticking out, the plumbing (shower) needs to be updated and cleaned. The hotel is very well worth it for one or two nights. Really great breakfast, great espresso from the espresso machine (which is rare, usually has to be ordered separately). Polite front desk staff were very helpful. Parking areas are very good.

Great clean modern hotel. Room was amazing. Location is great. Free secure parking available. Beds were super comfy. Room had balcony with amazing views. Check in staff was super friendly. Only issue I encountered which wasn't a big deal but sort of funny was when I requested an extra omelette for breakfast, I was told I had already gotten one 😀

We booked here in the last moment for a brief transit stay & got a very good deal. Although compact, rooms are good with all standard amenities and so is the breakfast buffet. Toilet doors didn't have locking options.

It was very clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Friendly staff and super comfy rooms. I can recommend to stay here.

I love this hotel. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again in this hotel when visiting Bursa, Insha'Allah
