Holiday Inn Bursa - City Centre, an IHG Hotel

I've stayed here in May with my family.
When they say they take cleaness seriously they mean it, the rooms are spotless, hotel smells good.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast variety is good.
I did not use the gym, so no comment on that.

Highly recommend, I dont plan staying any where else if I come to Bursa again.

For business reasons I stayed here several times. Every time I was very pleased.

- Nice and modern furniture
- hotel smells always good
- choice at breakfast buffet is perfect. Staff always asks for extra wishes
- gym is available, not the best but it’s ok

One wish: please don’t pack the clean towels into plastic bags. In my opinion unnecessary and pollution.

My stay at Holiday Inn Bursa was delightful! The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well- equipped. The bathroom was immaculate. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread, offering a variety of options to suit every palate. It has a car park. I would recommend using Uber to go town centre, costs 70-80 TR and saves you a lot of stress. Overall, I highly recommend Holiday Inn Bursa for a fantastic stay in this vibrant city.

Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Service is superb. Staff are so friendly, especially housekeeper (Amal). They have great tourism services by Mohamet Sagar, you can have whole van for the family for whole day (8 hrs) for 130$. Only thing I wish they work on it is the breakfast buffet, it has great variety of items but quantity could be better! Also 20$ per per is expensive, kids younger than 6 years are for free though. Will consider to come back again.

Stayed for 2 nights. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Hotel location was excellent and situated directly opposite to Kent Meydanı AVM Shopping Mall. Pillows and blanket were comfortable and room was warm and clean. Definitely will stay here again.

The hotel is as clean as your own home, the service is 5 stars, the employees are so polite (and they don't ask for tips), the location is central and all services are at a walking distance.

I would always come back!

Excellent hotel with excellent service and quality finishes. This is probably the best Holiday Inn Ive stayed at worldwide. This is probably the new standard. Breakfast offered a nice variety of intercontinental as well as local dishes. The location was decent and in a safe area in Bursa located right across the street from a busy mall where you can change money. I had the best cheesecake outside of America and maybe top 10 worldwide .. no exaggeration . The burger was ‘ok’ at best.. the dinner options were decent but not that great. Atmosphere is quiet and conducive for business. Overall I would rate my stay 9.5/10. Staff was very helpful and everyone was happy to assist in English.

We absolutely loved every aspect of this hotel. The rooms were not only modern but also spacious and impeccably clean.

The staff went above and beyond in their kindness and helpfulness. They offered valet parking in a secure underground garage and assisted with our luggage.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with a convenient 15-20 minute walk to various attractions.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Bursa!

Lovely high-end hotel situated a 20 min walk from the Grand Masjid of Bursa with parking and a mall across the road. This Holiday Inn Bursa is a great place to stay for your time in Bursa. The staff were extremely attentive making sure to check up on us.

My only disappointment was that we were given a smoking room even though we had requested a non-smoking room. This meant the room had a stale smoking smell.

When a staff member is doing great work, that is great. When all staff members are doing great work that's exeptional management.

We liked everything about this hotel. It's modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, very kind and helpful staff and the breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. The location is great, about 15-20 minutes walk or 7 minutes by taxi to main bazaar area.
We had an amazing stay and this hotel is highly recommended.

We are family of 5, stayed here for 3 nights. Location was obviously great, the centre of everything.

Rooms are thoroughly clean, to the extent they put everything in plastic (which i feel could be minimize, as this is a waste and not healthy for the planet).

Staff are very polite and friendly. They assisted us at every point we needed. Welcoming drinks are much appreciated, thank you.

We had breakfast once, decent, but could be better in variety.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay (:

simply the best choice in Bursa. New, well designed, well equipped rooms with big bathroom. Very professional staff that can give lessons to some other hotels staff in Bursa. I had absolutely better room and service than Hampton and some old 5 start hotels in the city, that actualy deserve only 3.
Walking distance to old city.
No parking problem.
Note for management:
You should keep working with the same staff that works at lobby, room service and cleaning. They are real professional and adding value.
You should keep care about the little details like
servicing water&tea in a hotel logo pack for the ''dont disturb'' rooms. I was asked to go lobby to ''purchase'' water at 2am in a ''global named'' hotel.
You can check noise level at nights and think about better isolation for some of the rooms due to street is just front of the hotel.
Clean towels in packs, perfect feeling as im using a new towel. But not good for ecology.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I stayed there while my mom was recovering from surgery and the staff was beyond accommodating helpful and respectful . The hotel was very clean and rooms are very fancy. Great location not far from lots of activities and things to do and see . Definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are in Bursa. Thanks a lot 🙏🏽

My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks while my mother was recovering from an operation and we had the best experience ever! Every single person we met was so kind and helpful and truly went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible. We had many different requests (changing rooms, using conference room, etc.) and were never made to feel like a burden or nuisance. The rooms are extremely clean and organized and the staff speak multiple languages so communicating is very easy. Special thanks to Khaled, Mert, Cenk, Nihat, and many amazing team members whose names I did not catch for assisting us so much and making our stay so wonderful. I cannot recommend this hotel and its incredible staff enough, they truly make you feel like family and I will definitely stay here whenever I visit Bursa!
