13 Nisan 2020 tarihinde mağazalarına internet sitelerinde beğendiğimiz ayakkabılarını denemek ve satın almak için gitmiştik. Beğendiğim bir ayakkabının 44 numarasını denemek için istedim. Ardından bir büyük numarasını rica ettim. Fakat kendileri isteğimi yerine getirmek istemediler. Bende numarası yok diye başka bir model denemek istedim ve bana alıcıysanız deneyebilirsiniz diye cevap verdiler. Ardından mağazanın kapalı olduğunu söylediler. Anladığıma göre bu markanın müşteri memnuniyeti politikası böyle işliyor. Şu saatten sonra çevremde bulunan kimselere bu markayı önermeyeceğim.
