Bought a BPX 902 Gen 2 new. My charge handle snapped while shooting after maybe 40 rounds. Can't get anymore to answer or help. Has 1 year warranty but can't get someone to answer me

I bought the LND117 semi automatic AR12. After about 150 rounds the firing pin bent. Iv looked around for parts but can’t seem to find anything for this gun. Iv even looked on their website but it won’t let me purchase anything from it. So here I am $800 into a firearm that I can’t even use. I am deeply dissatisfied with this situation.

I have the gen 2 bullpup shotgun. I bought it new and it was missing the side charging handle knob. My gun store has made several attempts at contacting them to get the replacement part, and I have emailed them numerous times and have never received a response.
I hate leaving bad reviews, but this far, the customer service has proven to be horrible. If I don't hear back soon, I will sell it and never buy from this company again.

Gun malfunctioning after 60 rounds. Won’t rechamber she’ll, piston sticks on barrel. Company doesn’t respond, appears I got screwed.

I have recently purchased a firearm from this company and immediately had major malfunctions and parts literally falling off the weapon. I have attempted to get ahold of someone with the company or at least get replacement parts and have failed at every turn. It seems they are selling junk weapons and leaving customers here in the US with no way to repair or replace them. I will never purchase a weapon from this company or any other company that branches from this one!
