In this hotel you feel like in a luxury hotel. All the staff including the hotel manager Mr. Kurtulus did their best to make our stay unforgettable. We also used the ZOE spa area with Turkish bath, scrub and massage. A wonderful experience! Overall we can recommend to anyone in Bursa a stay at this lovely traditional hotel (since 1890).

I didnt stay there.but I got a massage. It was a nice experience compared to other places where I had been before. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. The best part is pool though

very comfortable hotel. beautiful views from the restaurant terrace. rooms large enough, well equipped (safe box, tv set, hair dryer, electric kettle)

Very good hotel with all facilities. Nice view from hill. Good food and very cooperative staff. Supermarket in front of hotel.
