Çelik Palas Hotel Convention Center & Thermal Spa

Awesome hotel as we loved it, best thermal water ever, breakfast has a massive variety, staff are really helpful and lovely.
Booked for 3 days initially ended up extending another 2 days, highly recommended….

The spa is perfect and the services is amazing.

Historical building located a little bit far from centre, it is mainly useful for guests who use their own cars or Taxis.
The rooms on the front and side with views on the swimming pool are very amazing but try to avoid the other side of the hotel.
Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is good but not 5 star level.
the resturant is very good and the prices are normal for a 5 star hotel.
Staff are very supportive.
Unfortunately during my stay the indoor thermal pool was under maintenance.
The outdoor pool is nice but no one used it and I don't know the reason.
I recommend this hotel knowing that the prices are reasonable.

This is the best hotel experience that you can have it in Bursa. Excellent SPA, excellent service.

Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Hotel is conveniently located to most Bursa main attractions and truely offers great views of the city, it has great Spa services and outdoor swimming pool. Hallway and corridor are spacious and the heavenly scent as soon as you step is mind blowing. Customer service was extraordinary (especially Nusrat and Muhammad at Concierge Desk, they both made sure that I felt at home, very welcoming and gave me a good hotel tour of the hotel upon arrival)

@Manager/Owner: if you reading this please know Nusrat and Muhammad are great assets to your hotel. I wouldn't have enjoyed my stay this much without their efforts and passion to look after hotel guests. They truely offered 5 Star service and deserve appreciation 👌

The hotel is very clean, in a good location, and most importantly the staff is friendly especially front desk staff Aysen and Rabia without their help I couldn’t stay here.

Very good location,good rooms and clean..Room service was bad because they open my room twice while im sleeping and red light was on and don’t disturb tag hanging on door I reported to reception didn’t do anything ,bell boy broke my bag wheel he didn't make any apologies .

One of the oldest and most beautiful hotel in Bursa. There are many building in this area and i recommend you to stay in old rooms. The view is amazing from the hotel,at the front side you'll see a panoramic city view and back side greens of mountain...
It's located in city center and 25 kms away from the sea and ski resorts.
I highly recommend...

Great hotel. If you come in winter, please open the window to allow cool air in when you sleep as the heater will literally bake you in the room. Breakfast spread is not that vast.

Brilliant hotel. Kind staff, good facilities, good food and a thermal spa from the Ottoman times. It's not cheap, but it's not cheap in any area, so why would it be. Fully recommended this hotel.

Incredible place you can stay here when you come to bursa you will have a lot of choices the prices are really reasonable comparing to the location and service that will be served tye breakfast is good the location is good near the markets and shopping centers also there is an oto park inside ghe hotel for your car there is different view in the hotel which is great view you can enjoy
