First Rent A Car Antalya

Great service! Well maintained car with affordable prices. I requested them to deliver the car to a hotel in Antalya and asked them to pick it up after 3 days in a different hotel (for a price) but 👍👍👍 for convenience. I will definitely book again if I am back in the city.

Took cars like Fiat Agea diesel from here sometimes all last year, until moved to another country.
Full insurance, including windshield. Worked once, when I caught a stone from a car moving in front of me.

No problems. Cash deposit, decent cars, decent prices(especially in low season), punctual.

Excellent company for car rental in Antalya with great service. They upgraded my car to automatic transmission on a short notice with minimal fee (€5/day). Gave me a pretty new car and we had a nice trip to Antalya for 11 days. We drove to Pamukkale, Alanya, Manavgat, etc. and had no issues. Car was delivered by Adar at the airport and was returned at the airport with ease too. Adar is an extremely nice gentleman and can speak good English. Only one suggestion I have is to start the car rental with at least quarter tank of fuel. I got the car with almost empty tank and the fuel light was on so, we had to find the nearest gas station to get going. Otherwise, great people and service with extremely fast communication via WhatsApp. Highly recommended!

Great service at a reasonable price. I picked up car in Antalya and dropped it off in Istanbul airport after 25 days of rental. Everything went smooth, car was in good condition, staff is very friendly, support via Whatsapp responds quickly to all questions.
I also took the option to pay my rent in cash in Euros rather than by credit card, which is very convenient.
Overall, I recommend this company.

Such a wonderful friendly family business. Very fair prices! Very reliable. Great communication throughout our time with the car when we wanted to extend our rental. We were treated well and truly enjoyed dealing with this family business. They were fair and professional. We rented a car for over a month. We had a positive experience without any issues. The car was in good condition and the price was reasonable. We paid everything in cash to avoid a credit card fee. We didn't need any help but they are quick to respond with Whatsapp. Return drop off was at the airport departures drop off area where you can't park for more than a minute or two but it worked out.

I have rented a car from this company many times and have received excellent service every time. Their staff will be waiting for you before you arrive. The English of the staff is very good and they are very interested. Thank you for this enjoyable drive from Istanbul to Antalya.

Very efficient service, new cars in excellent condition, very responsive management. Convenient ways of communication and payment. Used this service several times, no complaints, everything went smoothly. Just one suggestion - to switch to the more convenient for customers full-to-full tank rule from empty-to-empty.

I took a car from First rent a car in Antalya for about 3 weeks in end of June. Overall it was a great experience with them. I got a car just upon arrival with minimum formalities. I ordered economy and got Peugeot 301 in very good condition. Liked that car a lot. No issues or difficulties upon car return as well. Highly recommended

I want to say a big thank you to First Rent A Car Antalya. This is my third car rental from them. Now I have a long lease for more than 4 months. Initially, I was looking for a car through an aggregator, but at the last moment another rental company did not have the right car. They offered another one, but what I needed was a Fiat Egea with a manual transmission. Within an hour, the aggregator found me another rental company with the right car and it was First Rent A Car Antalya. They had the right car at the booked price. A couple of months later, I changed the car because my wife also had to drive, but with an automatic transmission. We were offered a new car with 3500 km of run - a stunning blue Ford Ecosport. We like him very much. The company has fresh clean cars and a very high level of service. All our wishes were fulfilled at a very good price. I wish you continued success in your work.

We rented car in April 2021. We picked up car in Antalya airport and returned in Istanbul. Car was delivered in time, clean, issued quickly. There weren’t problems with the car. We returned car in the Istanbul downtown without extra charge. The car deposit was refunded within a few days after the end of the rental. I express my gratitude to the company for the quality service and good rest.

Our car was delivered at the apartment on time. Car was clean and new (2 months).
We had contact to company via whatsapp during the rental and had got quick answer for our requests. Service was excellent.
We have returned car at the airport, just 5 min and you can go to the flight.

Everything fine with this company. New car, clean and reasonably priced (including the full insurance), with highway taxes included.
A few minor mentions:
- the empty tank policy is not the greatest
- it's better to call them when you arrive at the airport, otherwise you might have to wait for them (they arrived 20 mins after the pick-up time)
The reservation was done at the last minute and they responded immediately.

Rented recently once more with absolutely no problem and will probably rent next time pretty soon. Easy pick-up, easy returning, ok car and fair collaboration.

I want to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received during my trip to Alanya a few months ago. Renting a car from your company was a great decision, and I was thoroughly satisfied with your professionalism and the quality of your vehicles.

We take a car for 3 days in Alanya to visit closest sightseeing’s. Everything was good started from car request to services. We take full insurance and have no any deposit lock on a card. Car was good and without problems. Also we take car delivery to our apartments, it’s very comfortable option so we didn’t waste our time at all.

Excellent service and very easy booking without any prepayment or credit card information needed in advance. I booked a car just one day before arrival, and the confirmation was almost immediate via email and also WhatsApp, so the communication was very fast and easy. We were met at arrival and paid cash for the booking itself with additional credit card deposit. The car was perfectly new and we even were upgraded to a diesel car! Absolutely no problems at return - it took just a minute. Our charter flight was shifted several times, and we had to change car return time accordingly - there was no problem. The only minor issues were that a car was provided almost empty fuel, and the credit card deposit returned not immediately (but this mostly depends on bank). In general, very satisfied and will be very happy to use this rental company next time.
