Probably the best restaurant we’ve had eaten in Tunisia during our trip around the country! As we said in Spain, bueno, bonito y barato! Highly recommended!.

Hidden gem in the center of Tozeur. Friendly service, exceptional selection of local teas and coffees, and super clean. The ambience is fantastic. Highly recommended for those staying in or passing through Tozeur.

Hidden gem of Tazeur, very cosy design/decorations, nice service and delicious food. The dessert was so good I decided to write a poem (it’s chat gpt ofc).

In a cone, a symphony of taste,
Where sweet and tangy flavors interlace,
First, a kiss of date, rich and divine,
Mingling with blackcurrant, a dance sublime.

But wait, there's more, a burst of red hue,
Strawberry whispers, refreshing and true,

Ramzi is a wonderful host who takes you on exploratory trip through what Tunisia has to offer. You arrange a spot in advance and you get to eat dishes based on what ingredients are available. Only small groups are allowed so you get the full attention of the host who explains all the dishes in great detail and with a lot of love. Highly recommend this wonderful restaurant…

Really nice and calm place with spicy and delicious menu!

Lots of lovely dishes and drinks, beautifully presented, by the very kind host. Easy to communicate in English and made a big effort for us during Ramadan

Is a place that stands out from all the others i saw in our short visit in Tozeur, and general in most places at the south Tunisia. Beautiful enviroment, nice aesthetic, character, nice arabic instrumental music in the right volume (very important for me as i hate the silly idea to play Frank Sinatra or similar music in these countries in a way to attract tourists!), very clean, and the owner very helpful and polite. Unfortunately that day they didn’ t serve food because of problems with the staff (a very common problem in all touristic countries and places everywhere!) so we had just a coffee (very good) and and a mint tea. Tunisia needs places like that, and not big international chains, or places adopt “modern” or european style (usually with horrible results). This land ace place was an oasis instead all these very ugly touristic places or very dirty and without any aesthetic ones.
I wish to the owner to solve the problems with the staff, and keep going in a tunisian style, maybe with some twists, and have always in his mind that the visitors don’ t want to find what they have in their countries, but real and authentic experiences. And this is a rule if we don’ t want to destroy our countries from massive tourism. All the best my friend!

Cuisine adorable

Trovato su Google, è in una stradina sotto la moschea, sembra che le indicazioni siano sbagliate e invece entrando trovi questo posto bellissimo, molto curato e con un'atmosfera accogliente. Uno di noi è vegetariano e abbiamo dovuto prenotare per la sera seguente avvisando 2 ore prima del nostro arrivo. Immagino perché gli ingredienti siano di giornata. La cena è stata bellissima, ottima presentazione dei piatti e gusto tipico tunisino, personale super gentile. A fine pasto ci hanno offerto anche un sorbetto al limone spaziale.

Trovato solo grazie a Google Maps in quanto nascosto in un vicolo di Tozeur. La proprietaria (credo) di una estrema gentilezza, simpatia ed educazione. Ambiente molto bello, accogliente e, soprattutto,tranquillo. Cibi buoni, serviti con piatti e posate scelti con gusto. Prezzi un po più alti della media ma sempre convenienti.

Un excellent repas (très copieux) dans un cadre intimiste et magnifique. Un peu plus cher qu'ailleurs peut-être mais l'expérience en vaut largement le coup. Un détour indispensable lors d'un séjour à Tozeur.

Nous y avons déjeuné, le cadre est très mignon et calme. La nourriture est faite maison et est traditionnelle.

Le propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique et serviable.

L’ambiance est cosy et le lieu est très bien décoré : pour simplement boire une citronnade ou y déjeuner (réservation obligatoire), c’est une bonne adresse.

Ramzi è un accogliente padron di casa..e già… perché è così che ci si sente, anche in una terra che apparentemente ha poco da offrire; qui tra i colori, il cibo, la musica, la cura e da non sottovalutare la pulizia, io e Massimiliano ci siamo sentiti in un luogo magico! Raccomando una sosta da mille e una notte!💫

Kaféet har fin inredning och ligger i en lugn miljö. Frukosten va väldigt god och innehåller en god blandning av söta och sura ingredienser. Personalen är väldigt trevliga och professionella. Hela upplevelsen va kul och spännande.❤❤

Ici pas de menu, vous réservez une table (obligatoire) et on vous sert un repas comme à la maison. Une des meilleures cuisines qu'il m'a été donné de goûter lors de mon court séjour en Tunisie.
Ramzi nous a régalé avec la cuisine familiale et la conversation. Et le restaurant est très beau, ce qui ne gâche rien.
