I am Russian although having a European residence gives me a “privilege” to buy Gucci’s products I do not see the point in supporting discrimination based on nationality. By the way other luxury stores are completely fine. I would like to know what is exactly the intention? Is it to make people feel like trash just because of the country they didn’t choose to be born in? I would like you to know that many people such as I are partially Ukrainians and this situation already made us suffer enough and no pretentieus brand’s policy can beat it. I better suggest you to donate all profit from Russian customers to people Ukraine if you really care and with to make an impact!

The worst Gucci store in the world! The manager didn’t even give a chance to look at a t-shirts. I just wanted to buy a t-shirt, and the manager give a phone to choose a model of t-shirt, and then she rudely took the phone back… That is insane! Please teach your managers how to communicate with customers! I’m as a customer who always buy your products very disappointed. Shame on you! Never back to this store before you teach you staff!

Непонятная система прохода, вышло 9 человек и ни одного не впустили. Простояла 25 минут и ушла.

Покупали в декабре 2022 сумку, все было окей. В марте 2023 заехали за сережками - отказали в оформлении VAT refund, только потому что мы русские. Вы думаете это поможет остановить воблу или что?Очередная национальная дискриминация.

В 20:30 не пустили в пустой магазин

Пришли, сказали что магазин переполнен, стояли ждали 10 минут, за эти 10 минут магазин покинул 4 человека, но нас не впускали, в итоге, после ещё 2 минуты ожидания нас впустили.
