This is a wonderful store! I ordered an Asus Tuff laptop. Delivered quickly and as a bonus they gave me a mouse, a backpack and a keyboard sticker. They also helped us prepare documents for a tax refund.

Terrible experience at X-service where I got redirected from the Asus shop.

I brought my laptoo early morning and asked them if they could check it the same day. They agreed.
Then they told me it would be the next morning. Finally, at 17.00 they told me there is a problem but they can't fix it because they didn't have enough time.

Now windows is not even launching anymore.
