Hi Chiangrai Hotel

Had two nights here. Great location within walking distance to the Bus Terminal. I'd highly recommend a nearby restaurant called Barrab Restaurant and Dear Friends, Bistro. I wish I stayed longer just to eat at those two places again.

Quiet and clean. The superior king bedroom had a lot of space.

Didn't try the breakfast or the pool. They provide the usual two water bottles in a fridge, and I like that they have water and other drinks for sale at convenient store prices in the lobby.

There was a 500 baht cash deposit required that we got back when checking out. Would have been more convenient through credit card if possible.

A great pleasant hotel with great room service, comfortable beds and yummy breakfast. Checking in and out are non-issue and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a great stay.

Very conveniently located. Restaurants, bars, night bazaar all within walking distance. Hotel is new . Very quiet. Good parking for bikes . Clean rooms.

It is a new hotel, good location, easy to access to Night Bazaar, friendly staff, the room is clean and comfortable, good breakfast but limited parking during high season.

Favourite part of this hotel was the location! Conveniently located along a street filled with good restaurants & local food shops, it is also less than 5 mins walk away from the Chiang Rai Night Bazaar & Lotus or 7/11 convenience shops. Paid under $40USD/night that included breakfast. Didn't expect much with the price we paid for but its definitely worth coming back to again!
Room :
1. Lighting was more than sufficient, which is always good! Bedside featured a modern lamp that was activated by pushing a button.
2. Many surfaces (tables) to put belongings after shopping : 1 table with 2 chairs, 2 smaller side tables, cabinet with shelf.
3. Air-con was very new & easy to use unlike other 3/3.5 star hotels with old air-cons. Fan/cooling was comfortable too.
4. Single twin beds were spacious & the pillows were great to sleep on. I always appreciate pillows that are not flat/sinking in!
5. No complaints for toilet :) Shower head water pressure was good.
6. My room was facing the forest behind the hotel & some mosquitoes flew in relatively quickly when we opened the windows.
Hotel breakfast had an ok spread. Provided the usual items like eggs, bread/butter/jam, drinks (coffee machine with multiple coffee options, cold fruit punch, milk).
Staff were friendly too :) Do note thay a deposit of 500 baht is required when checking in although we booked online & settled payment through Agoda. Received the deposit during check out with no issue.

Hotel service is very nice, staff give a good service all the time. The staff able give good advice and support.

A good hotel for great value in town. This hotel is not a big one but it offers good facilities. The room is tidy and clean. Parking lot is available, though limited. Many attractions (e.g. night bazaar, the clock tower, and Wat Jed Yod) are in a walking distance. It is located in town but the area is relatively peaceful. Recommended.

Nutshell, convenient and worth it

Definitely a great place to stay. The room was perfectly clean, spacious and with a light and modern design. The accessories are beyond required ones. There is even a tiny balcony there you can hang your clothes for drying and an additional table with two chairs. The staff is super friendly and helpfull. You can also rent bicycles for free, scooters and a private taxi.

I took this hotel at a great price booked it online, rooms are very clean, normal shower not only a curtain. Interior pool, they have a small Korean fried chicken restaurant close to reception, very good food. Amenities all included in the hotel room. Great location close to walking street, night market, bike rental massages. Will come back.

Despite reception being busy check in was quick and efficient. The hotel is new and is reflected in the cleanliness. The room was adequate in size with a bed being the most comfortable i have slept in during my stays in Thailand. The bathroom had a walk in shower with good water pressure. I didn't use the indoor pool but it did look appealing. All the staff are friendly with a good understanding of English. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms with a good and powerful hot shower, and finally, some juices in the mini-bar. Pool was a little chilly so you must keep moving should you brave it.

Really comfortable stay in an excellent location of Chiangrai. Helpful and friendly service from Krit at reception. Floors could be a little cleaner in the rooms, otherwise faultless.

I wish I had been staying here the 3 previous stays in Chiang Rai. I know that if I come back I will be booking here. For the price there is nothing to complain about. Staff was All very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a buffet style with many different options and a cook on hand to prepare a special order. Breakfast only, finished at 10:30 no lunch or supper offered. No problem as there are many other food options all within walking distance. Which is another great reason to stay here. Night Bazaar is 5 minutes away. Swimming pool is small but usable. Room was clean a bed was very comfortable.

🥘 If you want authentic Thai food at local prices, head over to Mueang Thing restaurant (which is also just a 2 minute walk away).

🏊‍♂ Went for a swim in the pool. Not sure how well they actually maintain it and monitor the water quality.

Great hotel, clean with great interior design in my opinion. You can rent bike for free with a security deposit. The only con is that the swimming pool is basically at the lobby making it less suitable to spend time at the pool. Did not try their hotel food so can't comment. Otherwise everything else was great!

Good value for price.  Accommodation is very comfortable for its cost, perhaps a reflection of the market of Chiang Rai.  Clean, modern, comfortable bed, good location with plenty of restaurants nearby and close to the night bazaar.  Did not try the pool and there is no gym in the hotel. Checked into this hotel after not being able to sleep well at a friend’s house close to a motorway and apparent rooster farm, and I caught up on all my sleep here.

Good staycation hotel, affordable price with good service and location. Hotel facilities are highlighted. Come visit with family and friends. You will love it.

I did not use indoor pool(not so nice).
Got a room for $38 for two of us with breakfast. Good deal for the price.
Was very quite. Did not hear noise at all.
