Very clean and comfortable! Friendly owner and staff, supportive and helpful in everything. There is a nice veranda for everyone, where you can drink tea, coffee, and water for free. There is a microwave. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, and mask nets. Pleasant value for money. 3 minutes from the morning market, 5 minutes to the night market and 7 minutes to Wolking Street, where on Saturdays there is a huge trade in food and clothing at minimal prices! Much cheaper than Night market. There is also music and a beautiful park. There is an easy 3 km road to the Blue Temple, we walked. We highly recommend Tanya-hotel!!!

located just next to Chiang rai bus terminal 1, this charming guesthouse was a great place to rest after a long day of visit around chiang rai, the owners are very kind and will try to help you as mush as they can, 250 bath for a twin bed room with fan and only 350 bath for the a/c. The beds are very confortable and the room was very clean. Thanks kaa

Nice place to stay, calm, clean and the owner is very kind.
Everything is close to the guesthouse (bus station, night market..).
And you can also rent a motobike.

This was a great place to stay for our quick 2 night trip to Chiang Rai! It was clean and had everything we needed. Great value for money! The host even helped us find a day tour with Bamboo tours just a short walk away. There's a great coffee shop and art gallery just next door as well. Solid location - not far from the Saturday night walking market.

Wonderful staff, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Property is a 3 minute walk to city centre but still secluded enough off a side street to provide peace and quiet. Staff provided us with a lovely plate of fruit each morning. Also available toast, butter, jam, tea and coffee. They also organised a wonderful day trip at a very reasonable price with an excellent guide and a luxury minivan which was great value. Pleasant outdoor area to relax and have breakfast. Good, Cheap Guesthouse.
Short walk to bus station and night bazaar.
Owner is welcoming, polite and helpful.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Towel provided for free, along with 2 bottles of water.
Free breakfast (toast, fruit, tea, coffee)
The room was dated, the mattress had seen better days and the bathroom smelt of damp.
Being 400 thb per night for a double A/C room with en suite, I can overlook the downsides.
I recommend this guesthouse and would stay again.

I stayed in queen room for a night and that room and bed are big and comfortable.
There is fridge so we could use for cold water and fruits！
No aircon but there is fan so it wasn't problem.

We arrived late. The welcome was really friendly and warm. We had a nice small cosy room. It was clean. The mattress is hard, but that seems normal in Thailand. The bath was clean. Unfortunately the toilet seat was a littlebit broken. It's not made for standing on it. A simple breakfast is included. We rent from this guesthouse a motorbike. For a small amount, the owner took us to the busstation.
