Probably the best Mexican food I’ve had outside of Mexico, I was surprised by how good everything was, it tasted like I was eating food back home.

Authentic Mexican food restaurant in the heart of Chiang Rai. The menus has a wide variety of choices! They have a special every Tuesday, four soft tacos with either pork, chicken and beef/pork mix at 50% discount. Really enjoyed the food, mild taste and good portion.

Had a fantastic lunch here. 50% off some tacos on Tuesday. The burrito was really good and you can customise your food to how you want it. The tacos were very good and all the sauces are delicious. Great place for quality Mexican food.

Delicious food, great service, and fun atmosphere. They create some fun Northern Thai and Mexican food fusion dishes. There is also an opportunity for kids to color and draw pictures to add to an art wall. Definitely a fun family dining spot.

I really didn’t know why to expect. I’m from San Diego, California, a stone’s throw from Tijuana, MX. I was pleasantly surprised by the tacos I ordered. The carnitas was more like barbacoa, but it was really great. The spicy salsa and chipotle salsa were super good! And the horchata was pretty good too! Also, the staff is awesome. I had a fun time talking with Aum and she even taught me some Thai in northern dialect.

Wow! The food is amazing here. Bangkok people must be so jealous that Chiang Rai people get these true Maxican food here. For those who love Maxican food, it's really a must. The menus here are amazing and the tastes even better. Really a real Maxican food here is Chiang Rai. Love it!

I'm from texas so i've eaten my share of tex mex and real mexican. There are 3 kinds of western food in asia, poor substitutes, reasonable approximations, and the real deal. This place is the REAL DEAL REAL MEXICAN. I had horchata(cinnamon rice milk drink), ceviche (a raw fish dish with lime juice and pico de gallo), and a combo platter with tamale, a mini quessadilla, a pork cuchinita taco, and a pork black bean tostada. Everything was great. 10/10 will eat here every time on my way through chiang rai. if you want to experience real mexican made by a dude from mexico then you need to come here and check it out.

A cozy place to enjoy Mexican foods. Taco Tuesday and Torta Thursday can be a good choice as it will be discounted for 50% of the original price. Would recommend this place to those who love Mexican foods and beverages.

El sabor de México en Tailandia??? For sure, the average Anglo in CA, AZ, TX know the border foods which don’t really reflect the flavors of central and southern México. There was a place in the Bay Area whose owners were from Puebla. I used to frequent years ago. Their mole poblano, guajillo salsa and a broader range of their dishes were epic. Alas, over time, seemed to tweak flavors to what were known or “expected”. This place in Chiang Rai whose owner I think was more from the Mexico City area produces some great food. Have only been here 2x in 1.5 years but has been reproducibly quite solid! Pity COVID-19 has suppressed international travel and cut into customers who can readly visit the area! Thank you for the reminder that your from Chihuahua! The brain lapses sometimes!

We’ve been traveling around Thailand for a few months and were missing mexican food so much. This place was delicious and the worker was so kind and helpful to us. If we were in Chiang Rai longer we would’ve come every day

Everything from texture, flavour, portion size, price, service, and the atmosphere were outstanding! Growing up on Mexican food, Sabroso hits that place in my heart! Highly recommend.

Chill vibe, great mexican food with variety of choices. Too bad it closed pretty early at 8pm.
