Kanlaya Place

Excellent location, close to everything. Run by a lovely woman and her daughter who helped us to arrange tours and transport round the city. Not too noisy, rooms are basic but clean and functional, with refrigerators. Free coffee in the mornings. Great value for money. Will stay again.

Location is very good, the rooms are excellent and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and parking was secure for our motorcycles. Easy access to restaurants bars and a great view of the clock tower which is only 5 minutes away. Good value in my opinion

We stayed for one night and was very impressed, then decided to stay another night after we came back from chiang mai. The location is perfect, right near the clock tower, to the night bazaar, near a mosque and several halal eateries. The bus station is within walking distance and the airport is only 20 minutes away. The room is large, very clean and comes with breakfast. The owner 's family runs the hotel and they are available most of the time. Highly recommended.

Great hotel and perfect location for your stay in Chiang Rai. Staff very helpful and polite and rooms spacious and immaculately clean. Prices are set for season and we managed to get a reduced price of 550 Thai Baht

We were there just before christmas. the hotel is completely new or renovated, the room even smelled a little bit from the fresh paint, which we didn‘t mind. we were totally satisfied and would book it again. very nice owner and friendly staff. on my request, i got a flatter pillow the same day. breakfast is simple, fresh and good: besides toast, butter, marmelade and fruit, there is a daily speciality, e.g. an egg for breakfast or a glass noodle salad. the coffee tastes excellent thanks to the coffee machine including milk frother. we found the location top - right in the center, 50 m to the clock tower, close to the bus station and thanks to the design of the hotel quiet enough to sleep very well.

It was an amazing experience to stay in Kanlaya Place. The man who attended us ( we supose the boss-owner) it was super lovely, we realize that we loves this job, he gave us advices and good dates to know, the location is amazing, super clean, comfortable, perfect breakfast, please no doubt to make overnight, one or two. If you know how to drive a motorbike in Thailand, you can goin front of to rent one. What can more I say? Until now the best place to stay of Chang Rai. Thanks for to offer us the best of you Kanlaya Place.

Un lugar perfecto si quieres conocer Chiang raí, está muy céntrico justo al lado De la Torre del reloj. El personal muy amable, siempre procuran ayudarte. Nos invitaron a tomar unas cervezas en recepción del hotel. La habitación bastante grande y la cama era comodisima. Muy recomendable!

Hier stimmt Preis-Leistung zu 100%. Das moderne Hotel liegt im Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind gross und sehr sauber. Das Bad ist hell und gut aufgeteilt. Die Leute an der Rezeption sind nett und hilfsbereit.
Die Strasse ist gut hörbar, man ist halt in der Stadt.
