An excellent hotel with fantastic service, rooms, and a made-to-order breakfast buffet. The entire property is impeccably clean and staff are consistently friendly.

The only downside is that the self-service laundry at the hotel is 90 baht per machine -- quite expensive.

My entire family loved our stay here and would come back again!

This is the best Hotel I have ever experienced in all my travels. When I arrived on January 31st 2024 at the Hotel the Staff told me that I booked for the night before and not the night on my arrival date. The Hotel Staff was concerned that I didn’t arrive the day before and kept a Room thinking that I might arrive 1 day late. The Hotel was fully booked as well. The Hotel is very beautiful, the breakfast has a delicious buffet and the Staff is so friendly. I just can say thank you so much for the top service and all the help. I will be back. My wife and I stayed here 4 nights in mid Jan. This hotel truly is a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. Excellent location and value for money. Large quiet room with large bathroom, extremely friendly and helpful staff, breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. A short walk to old bus station, night market, flower festival, shops and Hill Tribe Museum. We would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful. Spotlessly clean. Lots of choice at breakfast. They even gave us a breakfast pack to go as we had a very early departure on our last day. Only a short walk to the night market and the main streets. On site laundry and a lovely swimming pool. Would recommend.

Perfect hotel if you want a calm and zen ambiance near the main attractions! The staff at the desk were really nice and helpful. I lost my phone in a grab and they really went the extra mile to help me get it back since I don’t speak thai. The breakfast was small but very tasty with a chef for the eggs and omelettes. Rooms were spacious and clean.

GREAT hotel, highly recommend. The staff was polite and cheerful. The room was comfortable, convenient and clean. Breakfast was terrific. Free WiFi. Very close to the Knight market and bus station, but far away enough to not be overwhelmed by the noise And bustle

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel, location is good, very close to night market, amenities, restaurants, bars and local attractions. Employees were fantastic, accommodating every request, polite and courteous, complimentary room upgrade, free late check-out by one hour, complimentary mini bar even with four items, just two soft drinks and two snacks, breakfast was very nice, good selection of items both Thai and European, the only issue was the WiFi network was open and unsecured, also connectivity was often poor, however overall it was a very pleasant stay and will certainly visit there again. Thank you!

We stayed here for 2 nights, and highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are quite spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is quite central. Breakfast buffet was quite good. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful.

Very good, clean hotel with outstanding service.
They gently nudged me into taking one of their umbrellas before I left for a walk as it may rain. And rain it did, buckets of water pouring down.
Hotel is ideally located, if I ever come back I will come back here.

The hotel located in the best location in chiangrai city. 5~10 minute walk to clock tower, night blazar, Saturday night market, bus terminal, free tram.

The staff is super professional and friendly, the smile whenever they say hi.
The breakfast is good too. Is semi buffet.

They have pool and also gym, gym is a cross the road. The room is huge too.

Le patta is by far the best hotel in Chiang Rai. The service from the staff is exceptional. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast great. The beds very comfy and its close to everything. But the most memorable part was their staff. They are amazing!!!!

This hotel is beyond amazing in regard to service. They definitely cater to their customers. They literally stopped traffic so we could exit the hotel into congested traffic. I would allocate a 10 star for service if possible. Highly recommend...

Located in the heart of chiamg rai city. This hotel was Impressive. The customer service is outstanding. People are working and they appear to enjoy their jobs. Reception always had 1 good english speaker. This room has the dimensions and feel of a western hotel. The biggest Plus at this hotel is the fitness facilities. Guests can access the gym across the street for free. Small hotel with a luxury feel.

Great hotel on a perfect location in the center of Chiang Rai near the night market and clock tower. Clean and spacious room, excellent breakfast and not to forget, the extremely friendly staff!

Was there on mid October for 2 night.
Crew was nice and hotel very clean and well-placed. We walked around to see temples. We booked a tour to get to further temple (blue one and white one). We didn't have the time to try the swimming pool but it seems a really cool place. Room has a control pannel for everything (light, air conditioning, etc.)

I really liked this place. The staff was super nice and helpful. There is a bare bones fitness room with one stationary bike but plenty of room to put down a couple of yoga mats if you want. They also have a self service laundry which was great.

Best hotel we attended in northern Thailand. Very comfortable rooms. Very comfortable mattress.

Wonderful hotel with very beautiful and clean rooms. The personal takes care of everyone so perfectly and they are all nice and english-speaking. The court with the pool let's you relax in the middle of the city. Breakfast was absolutely fine, we recommend to try the roti with honey. Very comfortable beds and newer TV that let's you connect with Netflix etc. Definitely one of the best hotels we stayed in Thailand in that price range!
