We book the ferry ticket from Phuket to Phi Phi island, and from Phi Phi to Krabi. The trips are safe, easy to check in. Good service! Recommended!

Excellent service and very reasonable. They will also pick you up and drop you off. Everything is as advertised, no tricks or hidden fees. The ferry service got me to Phi Phi and back in a timely manner and when you book your transfer with your ferry ticket it's very convenient. They make sure you get on the right ferry going over and in the right shuttle for the return trip. The shared transfer to my hotel in Karon was only $1.26 U.S. and got me there in just over an hour.

This company is absolutely fantastic. We booked ferry and made wrong booking on dates. We asked could we amend as it was our mistake. They amended the dates for us without any issues. This is by far the best way to get around islands in Thialand. Book with these guys and you will not be disappointed.

I bought my tickets in Canada before I traveled to Thailand so I really didn't know much. Just knew we needed tickets so I took a chance!

It was so easy! Boarding was no issue, luggage was no issue and my bag was heavy lol!! The ferry left on time and took exactly 2 hours to get to our destination as it said it would. The seats were comfortable, there were snacks, beer, tea, coffee, a smoking area. And the seats were big enough to stretch out and take a nap if needed. I couldn't have taken a better chance!

They also organized your taxi upon checking in once you arrive at your destination, so you really don't have to think much. It was all taken care of and super affordable!!

Grateful for the experience! I feel super prepared for the next time I travel to Koh Phi Phi!

Everything went fine. I got prompt emails from the team about pick up. Departure was alright, as soon as we find the company responsible for our route. The boat had good space for all the passengers. I had to do a transfer and the other boat departed on time, but arrived a little bit later than predicted. When I arrived at my destination, a driver was waiting to pick me up and took me safely to my accommodation. So I enjoyed the experience.

We booked 3 ferry connections for our island hopping trip via Phuket Ferry and everything went extremely smooth. First, we tried to book each transfer individually directly with the boat operators, but it turned out to be such a hassle. So glad we found this website where we would arrange everything in one go. Didn't have any problems, so can't comment on their customer service, but all the boats were on time, our pick-up from the hotel was also as promised, and we were lucky with the calm seas.

Overall had a good experience with them. I went in November & no thanks to flight cancellation had to change the timing of my ferry & pickup at the last minute just a day before my visit. They were very helpful in resolving this & ensuring that I was able to reschedule both my ferry & pickup from airport. The ferry ride itself was good albeit a bit longish, one ride I felt the a/c was a bit insufficient but overall I must say I enjoyed their service.

Booking online was easy. Customer service response was immediate. First class seating was comfortable and spacious. Big surprise was free watermelon and pineapple donuts for all passengers on return trip from Phi Phi.

Our driver picked us up on time and got us safely to the ferry destination. The driver had a comfortable air conditioned van and spoke English well. He offered his business card so that we would be able to contact him if any issues came up upon our pick up time.

The ferry ride was smooth and we arrived at the expected time. When it was time to return, the ferry and the driver who took us back to our hotel were there and timely as expected.

Booking was easy, prices comparable to buying at the Rassada pier. You can see which boat you book by tapping "trip info" which also gives details about restrictions on certain vessels, like speedboats.

Very easy to add pick-up from hotel and our two bookings with shared mini van pick-up has worked flawlessly even though connection was tightly scheduled. Pick-up is alsoavery affordable.

Beware that you might need to print the e-ticket provided by email.

The booking of the ferry from Krabi to Ko Phi Phi was without problems, payment was confirmed very quickly. As additional service we also booked a minivan for 4 which picked us up at the airport (by a person showing a sign with my name) and brought us to the ferry. The driver was very kind and the minivan was very spacious for our 4 large pieces of luggage. Little story on the side: As we exited accidentally at the "wrong" terminal I soon got a phone call asking for our whereabouts and the driver arrived soon after. Full marks on this caring and reliable service. On the way back the pickup at the ferry terminal worked even faster. We are fully satisfied.

Transfers from our hotel to the pier were perfect and on time. We travelled from Karon to Phi Phi and then returned a week later to Kamala. All transfers we great.

All in all we had a super smooth travel experience with Phuket Ferry and would definitely recommend them and use this service again.

Pretty good operation here. The transfer picked us up from our hotel precisely to the minute of when we were scheduled, despite it being an out of the way place that isn't really on the beaten tourist path in Phuket. Both ferries ran like clockwork, Phuket->Phi Phi and Phi Phi->Lanta. Staff was good minus the guy that kept insisting I put my backpack out on the open deck, full of MacBooks and sensitive electronic devices... had to eventually just push past him and put my backpack down beside me in the seating cabin. But otherwise pretty good, and prices are fair.
