Excellent service. Tom Yum with Lava egg, squid, and ground pork balls noodle. The owner is very nice. Let me substitute the Ma Ma noodle with the hand pulled egg noodle. Guava juice no added sugar is also very good. Reasonable priced.

The restaurant is located in the parking lot of the palace. They had a nice variety of authentic Thai dishes on a small menu. Although not and extensive menu, they has selections to suit most tastes. The items we got were all very good and the pricing was very reasonable. The service was good but the staff had limited English skills. They were friendly and tried hard to be helpful. It is a very pretty little place as well.

The noodles is very good, it's call some thing like red soup I'm not sure what it's actually is. The cook said it's a signature dish for this province. The "kaolaow" with rice is also very good, it's the same soup as the noodles but with rice instead. The tiny shrimp with rice is OK, the noodles with minced beef is not really my style.
The price is a bit high but if you consider it as a tourist attraction rather than a normal every restaurant than its ok.

My 5 star rating is for the beef noodle shop only. Been stopping here on the way to Hua Hin for at least 8 years and while they serve many other dishes the beef noodle is all I ever get as it's the best I ever had, anywhere. They have another location but at this one you can safely watch monkeys do monkey stuff as you eat your meal.
