This clinic is excellent; they are really kind and professional. They have always made me feel at ease every time I've visited because Dr. Rujirek and her staff are very personable with the patients. Which is important because you are typically already anxious. Fantastic work. Keep it up.

VERDICT: AN EXPENSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT
**Visited twice for annual pap & additional tests recommended by Dr. Rujirek.

Overall Impression: While Dr. Rujirek speaks English and has an efficient style in person, but her clinic is old, the equipment dated and her staff is very disorganized and unprofessional. Their follow-through on lab results is atrocious.

Pros:
- The Doctor speaks English (her staff does not)
- Qualified to work in Bangkok Hospital and Siriroj (formerly Phuket International Hospital next to Index)
- Efficient communication and examination during IN-office visits

Cons:
- POOR FOLLOW-THROUGH. I was sent lab results with no explanation or how to read/understand the results. ZERO follow-through from staff after multiple calls and emails.
- STAFF: Her staff can barely speak English and often "forgets" (their words, not mine) to set appointments or respond to questions
- UNPROFESSIONAL: Doctor took several weeks to reply to my basic lab-result questions. Even after I called multiple times, she only replied after a long wait and her email response was poorly written, brief and frankly, unprofessional
- OVERPRICED. Similar tests are actually cheaper at Bangkok Hospital.

Ultimately, I cannot recommend Dr. Rujirek, her staff or her clinic. I was extremely disappointed with the equipment, the service, the lack of follow-up and I will have to choose a different ObGyn who is actually professional.

UPDATE (Oct 2023): Dr. Natee (female Obgyn @ Bangkok Hospital in Phuket Town) is a solid alternative. She has a scientific, no-nonsense style and walks you through labs with skill using diagrams and fact-based next steps. She is gentler than Dr. Rujirek too when it comes to procedures. Additionally, Dr. Natee's Nurse Practitioner also speaks English.

For perimenopause/HRT clients, Dr. Natee works closely with another prescribing physician in the department for hormone therapies, but you don't need to set that appointment up separately. They'll don't for you if you deem it necessary after the initial consult. Hope this helps! 🙏

Обратилась второй раз с той же проблемой - пожала плечами и назначила лечение БЕЗ анализа, но в этот раз я уже настояла на сдаче мазка.

Как можно назначить лечение без анализа?!!!
Да, врач говорит по-английски, это плюс.
На письма не отвечают, мазок жду уже неделю - так и не прислали.
